Dolls Kill is truly amazing, their products and service will not disappoint you.

Though I am speaking from my own experience with my first order from Dolls Kill; I truly am so thankful for how kind they were to me.
My package was missing on the day of delivery and my community mailboxes were open and mail gone.
I called police and they reported my package as stolen and they advised me to contact Dolls Kill as well. So, I called Dolls Kill and emailed them explaining my situation and asking for help.

The employee I talked to was named Brix, and she was so nice and gave me full store credit for my order.
But, with further investigation with the post office we were actually able to find and rectrieve my package! So, I emailed them again, and I told them they could take back the credit and oh my goodness!

The clothes are amazing you guys! The quality is so nice and looks really cute on; so comfortable and stylish!

I just feel so happy through this whole experience. Even though it was a process, Dolls Kill was really there to help me through it all.
Im really going to smile so much every time I wear these clothes haha

I bought a pair of the Earthbound Slayr boots from Dollskill x YRU. They were $165USD plus $23 CDN duty on arrival. I was so $#*!ing impressed with them when I saw them online, but unfortunately they're not nearly as cool in person. The material they're made of is hard as a rock, feels cheap, and will inevitably crease badly with a few wears, it's already wrinkled in some areas near the seams and I expect the reflective outer layer will start to rub off badly in a very short time. The laces feel cheap.

They arrived scuffed in various places and covered in bits of glue (?), and one has a long, fairly deep scratch on the side.

I would be satisfied if I had paid $50 USD for these. But not $200. The price is insane for what is very clearly a poorly manufactured item made of cheap materials.

I will say it arrived when they said it would (3-5 days from when I ordered), which was great, but they cannot be justified for the price. In future I won't make the mistake of paying a high price for novelty items.

I found dollskill through some youtubers and after seeing some of there clothes I made my first order, everything came perfectly and with free shipping it came in 3 days which I think is just amazing... I never thought to look at reviews of the shop and seeing what ive seen about the shop is just disheartening! I personally have had an amazing experience Ive ordered 3 packages so far and plan on getting more! With that being said I live in the united states and I feel that dollskill has a hard time shipping internationally so people outside of the US beware, I do believe the negative reviews are true and dollskill needs to fix there customer service and return policies but I have never had to contact them or return anything because everything was perfection.

Horrible customer service. My package had been lost in transit for over a month and all they could continuously tell me was to contact USPS and let them know how it goes... umm, who is being paid here? It's the retailers job to contact the shipper. USPS itself is not an easy company to get into contact with at all, it took me about 2 hours to find a phone number and actually speak to a human person just to tell me that Dollskill themselves should have opened a case with them weeks ago. Telling their customer service my package is lost only resulted in them questioning me if it's actually lost, and then offering me a store credit?! NO WAY. I am never purchasing anything with this company again, they have been beyond unhelpful. I will be disputing the charge if they continue to refuse to refund me.

I was introduced to this company through a you-tuber who raved about the quality of their clothes (don `t know if she was sponsored) so i decided to check their website and lucky me i found free international shipping so i placed my first order and after a day i placed my second order as it was the last day of Free international shipping (No), after 10 days while checking as usual on the orders to only find that the first one is undeliverable when it didn`t even make it to my city, i contacted the costumer service and they told me with no apology that they will refund me with store credit once the package arrives to them! Store credit, what am i gona do with it repeat the same terrible experience, after 3 days my second order was also undeliverable and went back to shipper and they don`t even answer on my emails anymore
Funny thing is that i checked some bad reviews and i was like nah it won`t be me so if you are reading this you are next, stay away from dolls kill save your money and your time.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They told me my package had already been shipped and I couldn't change the address as it was en route to the wrong one, made me chase and contact their courier of whom showed me it hadn't even reached THEM yet and could be changed. I give Dollskill proof of this and they still say "sorry, nothing we can do, you should have told us sooner <3" WHEN I HAVE BEEN CHASING THEM SINCE THE 19TH WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER

As someone who works in customer service I am apalled at the little care they give to their customers. I just asked the address to be changed, their site said it was possible, I asked within an hour of my order being placed. I get lied to.

I ordered a pair of boots that were, like everything else on this website, pricey. For the cost, they are not worth it. Not only is the color different from their photos, but they are also extremely uncomfortable. I've worn them once and I couldn't even make it home in them. I will try to return them. Unfortunately they don't return your money, you get store credit. To sum up, don't buy from this website, it's not worth the money.

I ordered a pair of blinged out ankle boots. They are beautiful in the box. When I went to put them on, it was hard to figure out which was the left and which was the right shoe. They were extremely uncomfortable and the show itself was cheaply made with a fancy design laid on top of a cheaply made shoe. I will never order anything from here again. If I pay over $80 for a shoe, I expect it to be a quality shoe and not something with the look and feel of a high heel shoe from the local dollar store.

I was hesitant to order because of all the negative reviews, but I am so glad I did. They are the only site that has the bag I know my niece will love for Christmas. I ordered it and paid the extra $5 for expedited shipping. I am on a US Territory so it usually takes a little longer to receive mail, but I received my order in less than 10 days... which is exceptional for USPS and worth a lot more than $5! Would definitely purchase from again.

If you're in the EU, don't accept their refusal to refund or offer of store credit, etc at face value.
EU consumer law means you are entitled to return for a full refund for any reason, especially if your order has a defect or never arrives (your contract is with DollsKill, not the shipping company). Please dispute the claims made on their site and by their customer service. Don't let this shoddy company get away with their illegal business practices and steal your money, "doll<3".
