Ordered a pair of doc martens of the site, and then decided to read the reviews and panicked a bit. However, got the fed-ex text 2 days later. Slight delay with postage but dollskill had nothing to do with it. Offered the shoes a lot cheaper than other places, and when you factor in the discount code i used, the deal i got saved me $60 compared to other retailers. Emailed customer support about a credit card input error and got back to me straight away and fixed it up

I purchased 2 things from this site. 1 branded and 1 not.
The branded item was pictured differently in regards to colour.

The 2nd item, they sent me the wrong thing and after emailing them, they said they will give me store credit. I replied saying I wasn't happy with this as they sent me the wrong item and now I'll have to pay for shipping again.

They then replied with the same first email about store credit and to confirm. I then replied back again saying this is wrong of them to only offer me this when THEY had sent me the wrong thing.

They replied back saying "your store credit has been applied". I gave up and waited a few months to check my account. My store credit wasn't there. So I emailed them again saying I'd like a refund seeing as they didn't process my credit and they sent me the wrong thing so they are at fault. I finally received a notification for store credit.

Dollskill replied back saying that their website states they only issue store credits.

But is it right for them to send the wrong product and refuse a refund?
Absolutely ridiculous.
Not sure what type of laws there are in America, but in Australia by Fair Trading, the customer is right to a refund if the product is faulty or not as described.

I'll now have to accept that I won't get my money back. Disgusting ecommerce business.

One of the worst customer service experiences. I placed my order and forgot to choose upgraded shipping so I immediately emailed them and the rep told me that there was nothing they could do as their order ship out so quickly and that I should just order againa nd then send the initial shipment back (paying twice for shipping and return fees), I would understand this is the order shipped out quickly, it did not ship for 4 more days. The shipment was held for over 10 days (even though it should have gotten to me in 4-5 business days) and when I tried to contact customer service they wouldn't get back to me, and when they did they didn't respond to any of my grievances, or even try and help.
THE WORST!

Don't buy clothes from there, they returned my order back to the warehouse for no reason, and I never received an email that this was even happening.

After a month of not receiving my package, I realized they returned it and refused to give me a refund even though I never even got to try on or even see the clothes.
They only gave me store credit and didn't refund the shipping costs.

Likely I want to order from a store who returned my item for me for no reason and now I lost money and have no package.

I have never seen a line like this! They take everything from everywhere, everytime, for everyone. If you want to be FUNKY, SHEEK, LAID BACK, SKATER, literally, they have it all. They blend 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's clothing styles like a DREAM. They are as BAD $#*! as it gets when it comes to putting together a killer clothing line. On top of all of that, they have the most Bad $#*! $#*!es reppin' thier clothes. HOT as HELL Tattooed chicks making these clothes even sexxier than they already are. KEEP ON KILLIN' IT, DOLLS KILL! You *******@ckin' ROCK!

I bought my gf a pair of boots from dollskill for Valentines Day and it arrived quickly in Canada (about 3-4 days). I didnt check them that well when they arrived and packed them back up. When my gf opened the box they were two different size shoes and the correct pair had stains on them. Upset, I contacted dollskill right away through their email and recieved a reply the next day from Melissa apologizing and asking me for my address where they could send me a new pair of boots! Within the next two days a new pair of boots were already on their way! I was not asked to return the damaged pair, so no inconvenience having to go to the post office (as theyre unusable anyways). Melissa was amazing, and seemed genuinely concerned with our situation. My gf has been a loyal customer of dollskill and was upset this happened to a site she liked so much, but this situation has made her love dollskill even more! Highly recommend!

Dollskill is hands down the best store for anyone with style and uniqueness! They have endless options of kawaii, punk, rave, and hippie clothing and fun stuff. Dollskill is my friends and Is favorite website for all our rave needs and we check the website every day for new stuff. Every time Ive ever ordered from Dollskill, my order comes exactly on time. Their customer service is amazing as well and gets back to you within hours! <3

I have order with them before and I havent had a bad experience once. I ordered the sugarpill trinket lipstick from them when it was on sale, but I guess my shipping address was wrong which was the weird part, I blame the shipping courier. Anyways I contacted them and they said they will give me store credit which I didnt mind, but since it was on sale they also gave me a discount code which I was so surprised with, but so happy with as well! Anyways my product was stuck in transit or something because they havent recieved it, but ZZ (the person I was emailing to) said to give them another address and now its being sent to me and Im so excited to recieve it! The experience has been great and ZZ was so kind and awesome about everything I couldnt be happier with their customer service<333 much love to them^.^<3

I can't even believe someone would give them one star? I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years now. They have an incredible customer service team that always responds promptly, you can even text them! The website is diverse and offers a good price range. I, of course, have had some issues with not liking the item or not fitting right (don't forget your ordering clothes online people) but they make returns easy and comfortable. Although they don't give refunds, I always find something else to order with my store credit. Nothing but love for Dollskill. Keep killing the game DK!

I wish I could give 0 stars because this site is literally the worst. I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of earrings from dolls kill, 3 weeks after the delivery date the package still didnt arrive. When I called, they said it was up to fedex and usps and I should call them. I did and all they could provide was the last day it was tracked. Then I call Dolls Kill back to ask what I should do next, she said I have to wait another 10 days after the last posted delivery date for them to issue me a new package.
After waiting another 10 days, I call back and they still cannot track it and agree to send me another package. She said it could take up to another 10 days... so now Im going to have to wait a month and a half for this package. I agree, because I figured Ive already waited this long, whats 10 more days?
After we hang up, I get an email saying I have store credit now. Store credit was NEVER mentioned in the conversation. I called back from my number, no one answers. When I call from my brothers phone, they pick up on the first ring. The representative already knew my name before I could say it, and began to apologize about the store credit claiming it was a mistake blah blah. She goes on to tell me that the shoes I wanted are now out of stock...
NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. Luckily I got a refund, but I wouldve preferred not wasting my god damn time with them instead.

Ive been a long time user of Dolls Kill. About 3 years I think. Only recently did I have an issue with an order where it did not arrive. I live in New Zealand and things take usually about 4-6 weeks to arrive from Dolls Kill, I had been waiting for about 8. This was my first ever problem with the site and as soon as I realised I contacted Dolls Kill about it. There were a few issues with communication to begin with ie. I hadnt heard anything from Dolls Kill until I emailed a company that sells through them about my problem. After that Dolls Kill was very helpful and understanding. My order was lost as far as I could see and the courier company was not being any help at all. Dolls Kill re-sent my order for free and have credited me anything that was sold out! So 4/5 (not quite 5/5 because of the lack of response to start with). Me using Dolls Kill for as long as I have is what kept me from giving up. I love this website and I was not going to let one delivery ruin that for me. Im very happy and excited for my order! Thank you Dolls Kill for being so kind and helpful!

Ive been a longtime buyer of dollskill merchandise and let me tell you, Ive had nothing but positive experiences and FABULOUS clothes. Not only is there something for everyone on their website but it always delivers in a timely manner and without any issues. They have exactly what youre looking for, AND more.
