I love shopping at Dollskill because they have items that are edgy, trendy, super fashionable and fun and most importantly- most cannot be found on any other site or retail location. Their customer service staff are super helpful and extremely positive in their attitudes towards making the customer happy, helping with sizing information and returns, etc. Their prices are very reasonable as well and shipping is often free!
If I could rate Dolls Kill 0 STARS, I would! I unfortunately ordered from this company because they were supposed to be the best and came highly recommended... WRONG WRONG WROOONG! I ordered two pairs of shoes from them, and paid the extra 2 day shipping fee because I was excited about recieving the shoes. Not only did my shoes arrive 4 DAYS LATE, they were not the size I ordered. I called customer service, and spoke to a very monotone, uninterested, unsympathetic person who sounded like they were just reading from a script. The "Supervisor" was even worse... so after being told to take pictures of both pairs of shoes, with measurements of the heels, they would pay for the return shipping, where I would receive "store credit", meaning I would have to REORDER THE SAME SHOES, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, AND PAY FOR THE SHIPPING... AGAIN! THEN PRAY THEY DID NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE TWICE! I really wish it was so easy, and that was the case, after I email them the pictures, per their request, I recieved a reply from someone named "Darby" whom I'm pretty sure is not a real person and had no clue about what was going on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this money hungry company to ANYONE! This was my FIRST and LAST time with ordering from this company, very unprofessional, horrible experience all the way the around. All I wanted was the shoes I ordered and PAID FOR! They have done NOTHING to rectify the situation, but hey why should they right... they already got their money! I'm just a dumb consumer who thought this was a reputable company.
They never deliver on time but they charge money for it! Its cheating! Why offer fast delivery options and not execute them? I will file a complaint about fraud.
I bought a lingerie set off their site and they sent it to me, damaged. I messaged them asking for either my money back or a non-broken set, but they offered me only store credit.
Don't waste your money on these people.

I command shoes from them and after 10 minutes of wearing them, the glue come off and it was unwearable. I emailed them asking for a refound or a solution to fix it and they didn't care and instead offer me 10% store credit ( they never give by the way).
I even emailed the maker of the shoes and they were more concern ( and polite) advising me solution to fix it and even offering a better store credit on they site although I didn't buy it from them.
And 2 weeks after I've got to pay 30 euros of feeds ( I command it from france).
So I pay 130 euros for broken shoes ( and 30 more for fixing it them, my shoemaker say it will last 2 weeks or less before fail off again), seeing doc martens for the same price on their site I was thinking it was high quality stuff but I was wrong.
My advice is to check their product on their site but command it from the source, they have not a lot of exclusives and the reductions are not that good to excuse their horrible customer service.
PS: sorry for my english and to dollskill respond, yes it take me 1 year to finaly put this review but what happen was last year, they did broke 10 minutes after wearing them, not a year. And please dont try to descredit my review in public and be different in private message ( strangely you didn't respond to me after I give you all my email exchange with your customer service of last year)

I was skeptical from the comments here, but I placed my order Friday, April 12th with the free standard shipping and it arrived Friday, April 20th. Dollskill is based in San Francisco, CA, and I already live in California myself so I feel that was an advantage for me here. I`m happy with the dress I ordered and the fabric turned out to be of good quality!
I ordered from Canada and i never got my package, when i contacted them (by email because its impossible to have them on the phone) they told me ( two days after i send my email) that the shipping was send back due to an address issue, i checked twice and it was the right address and i ordered many things online that come from USA and never got any trouble with my address.
They dont answer at my email anymore and all my stuff are out of stock now, its their mistake and they dont do anything to arrange this, really disappointed...

I paid additional money for expedited shipping and I live in the U.S. I contacted them via email only for them to send a notification out of nowhere saying that my item had been shipped. THE ITEM IS STILL NOT SHIPPED WITH USPS AFTER 6 BUSINESS DAYS AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING! They won't answer the phone, the emails are suppose to be addressed within 24 hours and they are not! Do not buy from them. These people are scammers!
I ordered a lingerie set from them and it came within the week! Packaging was nice, everything was pretty quick and easy going. My only problem was they sewed one of the flowers on the bra backwards, simple human error. I just wish it wasnt my particular order because I have no idea how to sew and put it on symmetrically. Dollskill is really great but I wish they paid more attention to detail, and I also wish they left a note for more personability.
I know that they have cute looking clothes on their site but I do NOT recommend ordering from Dollskill at all. First, good luck actually getting what you paid for. They sent me broken shoes and it has been a nightmare dealing with them - despite it being their error, they won't send me a new pair. They want me to either keep them (LOL) or else send them back at my expense for a store credit. Second thing I got was a dress - it's just really cheap looking in person. The robe I purchased was the only thing that was okay, although it was really overpriced. The reason for the awful review is because this company has horrible customer service. They are SO CHEAP! They happily take your money and send you broken $#*! and then ask you if you want to wear it. It's just laughable. Obviously I will never purchase from them again. There are PLENTY of amazing companies out there with really great customer service... don't waste your money. It's highly likely you will be disappointed. I ignored all the bad reviews and I regret it. I hope this shady company goes out of business. Only redeeming thing was shipping to me was decently quick.
Received our item damaged. (purse with a broken strap clasp). After several emails, including sending pictures, dolls kill would not exchange the item - last email now claiming they were out of stock. Gave us a store credit only - no refund. Now we are stuck with trying to repair the item ourselves at an additional cost and a store credit with a company I really do not want to buy from again.
I'm being kind by giving Dolls Kill a 1 star out of 5. If I could, I would give them a zero, and the finger. I ordered a pair of shoes, with an extortionate import charge of £25. I can get over paying such a high import charge as it is expected, however, when the shoes finally arrived they arrived in horrible condition. The shoes had a lot of buckles on them, two of which were purposely turned the wrong way round. Ridiculous. Another thing being, I am a UK size 6, I ordered the shoes in a UK size 7 to make sure that they would fit. When the shoes arrived, they were too small for me! They were obviously NOT a UK size 6, let alone 7! More like a UK size 4! I emailed Dolls Kill several times, to which they did not respond to. I went ahead anyway to return the shoes, but to return them cost £40. I am instead keeping the shoes to sell. When the time period in which I was meant to return the shoes were up, I emailed Dolls Kill just to see if they would respond. They finally responded although I could no longer return the shoes. Coincidence? Unlikely. The response was annoying and unprofessional, with lingo like "bbe". I mean, really? What am I, 12?
This is the only time I've ever bothered to write a site review, but this experience was so horrible I feel like I have to. I tried to cancel my order IMMEDIATELY after placing it, but was told it was to late for me. They can't cancel orders, they don't refund you, you have to pay for your return shipping, THEY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT. Horrible horrible experience. Take your business somewhere else. DO NOT BUY FROM DOLLS KILL. Worst shopping policies I've ever heard of.

This is my first review in a site review... was a nightmare I made a mistake in one order, i called immediately they don't answer the phone, I send a text and an email... It was to late for me... after 5 minutes, they don't cancel, the don't refund, you have to pay your return, THEY DO STORE CREDIT, if you hate the experience once why you want to buy again? Horrible horrible experience please take your money somewhere else... I lost 70 bucks for things that dont fit, please DO NOT BUY HERE please, you will always lose your money with them
I had to pay 30 extra for custom taxes, when other normal shop would have refund that extra cost. It never happend to me before, all the rest of the online shops would have paid the taxes if the shipping is EXPLICITLY FREE. I cannot believe they did not understand me. I will never buy anything form this shop again.
Bought a holiday sweater with an attached stuffed animal on the face of the sweater. One of the animal's ears is sewn on reverse so the two ears are clearly mismatched. No exchange, so tried to have them cover for return shipping since the item was extremely bulky and came in box 3x of a shoe box. Customer service says stitching issues are not "defects" in the product, when clearly stitching has resulted in a defective product. Took multiple days to get a response. I called 3x, no one picks up. I emailed twice along with photos, only received automated replies. Text message person responds one line/day. In the end, would not cover return shipping. I wonder what would qualify for a return shipping.
If you live outside of the US, forget it. The shoes i ordered run extremely small (I ordered a size up because I'm always extra careful with online shopping for shoes, and they were still way too small) and this wasn't stated anywhere in the product description. They don't do refunds and they don't cover shipping costs for returns. The shoes are now sold out and haven't been restocked, meaning I paid a total of 60 shipping (to my place and back) and am left with store credit that I'll realistically never use. 160 thrown out the $#*!ing window. I emailed them before sending them back asking if they would ever restock the shoes and what I should do about the super $#*!ty situation I was in, and all the replies I got seemed like automatic emails with $#*!ty phrases like "hey babez" and "we don't know right meow :/" . I get that its branding but come on, when customers have issues you could be a bit more professional.
I ordered 3 things from Dolls Kill. 2 tops and a pair of pants. The tops fit fine but the quality was pretty $#*!ty for the price I paid. One of the tops was supposed to be burgundy but it was very purple and didn't look anything like the colour in the picture. I was very disappointed with the pants. I ordered based on the size chart and the size that the model was wearing and they were VERY small. They didn't even get up my thighs. The quality was also very bad. For $97, I was not expecting them to look/feel like pajama pants. Overall, not a very honest site and WAY too overpriced for the quality.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them? I am so sorry you are disappointed with the shipping time for your order. It looks like you placed the order on Sunday. Our website does state that we only ship orders out Monday Through Friday. We did ship your order out the next business day (yesterday) with overnight shipping. It is scheduled to be delivered by the end of the day today. So it should arrive on time for overnight delivery.
