Where to start. So many shady things with this site! Their sizing is inconsistent and never as per the size chart, so you always have to return it (at your cost). Of course, they don't offer refunds, just store credit. They mysteriously never receive your return until after a store sale has occurred. By that time most goods have been snatched and you're left with the ugly stuff to shop from. They know the unpopular stuff doesn't sell (some of it has been on there for over a year) so they treat new orders with priority. Don't bother to contact customer service because your question goes unanswered (they "didn't see your email" after all) or is met with a rude response. Don't waste your money or sanity shopping from this site - you can get the same items on Alibaba, whitemarket, etc for 50% cheaper and without the crap attitude.

I live in Australia and I have been shopping online with Dolls Kill for about 5 years now. I continue to shop exclusively here for a number of reasons:
1. The merchandise is insane! I can always rely on Dolls Kill to help me find something that is unique and that no one else will have.
2. I feel secure disclosing my personal information on this website and know that I am being well looked after.
3. The customer service is amazing! I have dealt with Dolls Kill Returns twice now and on both of those occasions I felt like a truly valued customer. My issues were dealt with straight on and I was above satisfied with the outcomes.
4. Dolls Kill has introduced me to countless out of this world brands and designers such as Betsey Johnson.
5. Whenever I wear something I purchased at Dolls Kill the compliments fly at me right left and centre!

I love Dolls Kill and highly recommend it to anyone looking for that special little something whether it be a Betsey Johnson Mac and cheese purse, a Beavis and Butthead t-shirt or a pair of earrings with hand grenades on them! I adore what they have to offer and just love shopping there.

I love this company. They have so many great brands and so many different styles! Anyone could find something they like on here. They have amazing customer service as well. I has a pretty large order and a couple of my items did not get shipped with my other things. I sent in an email and got a response the next day. They just asked a few standard questions then the next morning I got a confirmation email that they had reordered those items for me and were getting them shipped to me ASAP. Best customer service experience I've had in awhile.

This is not only about the absolutely amazing products I have personally purchased from Dolls kill whenever I was able to get money aside, even if it meant sacrificing something else that was essential at the moment!, and thats because their products are extrordinary, and extremely high quality, not to mention absolutely beautiful. They have a style like no other company; and there is something for every occasion and every person. They cater to people of all shapes, sizes, and sense of styles! Whatever the moment, you will be guaranteed to find something for wherever your going to or doing. Half of my wardrobe is from this website and I can confidently say they haven't ever dissapointed. Ok first of all, I am so shocked to see so many 1 star reviews. This is my favorite store and has been for a couple years now. Not only do you find unique clothes and accessories for all styles and moods, but their customer service is unsurpassed. I love online shopping but hate sending emails when something happens and I was elated to discover a phone number you can text for issues etc. Its no ones fault when something breaks in transit BUT Dolls Kill was so wonderful to respond to my message so quickly and send me a replacement item free of charge. I hardly ever write reviews but I literally had to express my love for the clothes and the team

Few years now and I'd say their customer service is really good. I find that the majority of all their clothes fit me perfectly (I'm 5'6", 115lbs) and never really had any issues with sizing. I did receive one defective item but they were pretty helpful to resolve the issue fast when I told them. Due to the increasing popularity of the site I do find it takes them a bit longer to reply but they always do try to satisfy you. There was also one time I did a mistake with shipping address and I msg them through IG, through text and Facebook (any contact possible) and they managed to make sure the shipping address was changed correctly. I prefer if they don't use FedEx tho but that can't be always controlled.

I've ordered from them many times (and will continue to). However, recently, I had a small problem with some items I received (I was able to fix the issues with the clothes myself), so I emailed them just to let them know that I had some small problems with my recent orders. They responded in less than 24hrs and included a coupon for me to use next time I shopped with them.
Couldn't have asked for better customer service!

I accidentally put in my old shipping address and my order was returned to sender. I realized it once my Oder hadnt arrived at night and sent them an email with the correct address. The next morning I had an automated email saying they had credited my account for the return (good to know they felt with it quickly and then they saw my email and sent me one from someone saying they had seen my email with the right address and had reshipped my order! I loved that they were able to just use the address I emailed them and they didnt make me go through some long process of reordering. They were all very helpful!

I usually wear a medium but even the large doesnt fit right. Im pretty curvy but the size proportions are way off. One dress I bought (size large) was extra large on the top and super fitted on the bottom. The underlining of the dress actually stretched down below the regular part. The material and style of the dress looks cute on a hanger but the manufacturing is awful. Same thing with the other clothes I bought.

And I have to pay for shipping to return.

Dont waist your money on Dolls Kill. Ive gotten way nicer stuff through amazon and they give free return shipping if it doesnt fit.

I've only had good experiences purchasing from them! I had contacted them regarding a billing and shipping address discrepancy, (shipping and billing addresses were supposed to be different, but were showing up the same on the confirmation page so I emailed them to make sure things were all good)
They were quick to respond and we got it sorted out. Super rad customer service team. I've bought multiple things from them and will continue to do so <3 :]
