I keep coming back and rewriting this review because my experience with them varies significantly between "awesome" and "pathetic". It worries me greatly the direction that they are going in, sacrificing quality of service in order to expand quantity of sales. Have decided to give them a break for a while after many negative experiences and will follow through later on this year to check on their progress and see whether they've managed to turn this around or have continued sinking. Other than that, their products are great, particularly the Exclusive Brands but sizing is a little bit off so anyone who is in between their categories might struggle a bit, so watch out. Everyone based abroad will have to set aside some cash for taxes and additional purchases once something doesn't fit right because returns are not really feasible.

I wanted a specific item and found it on the site. Goods arrived and were exactly what I wanted - but what isn't clearly pointed out is that if you are buying in the UK you will get stung with a £20 import charge. Would never use them again

I accidentally made my shipping address to a previous home that I no longer lived at and it was too late for dolls kill to change it but they were SUPER quick in replying to me to get my package sent back to their warehouse (a process as Im from the UK!) and giving me store credit- all the customer service team and so friendly and attentive, couldnt have ask for a better team to assist the f*** up on my part! 10/10 customer service, 666/10 amazing clothing

Dolls kill is a professional company but also fun, I had a wonderful experience with there customer service team. Unfortunately I had my package sent to the wrong address and it ended up getting lost in limbo, after expressing my concern to the website they had me send a email and I was in a speedy communication to figure out what happen to my package and after a couple weeks of waiting to see if the package would return to the company. It never did:(
But with the amazing customer service team I was issued store credit and was about to buy so awesome things off the website again and the order is on the way <3

I'm not sure why theres so many bad reviews, I've had nothing but good experiences with Dolls Kill (ordered from them multiple times). Anyways, I had ordered an off the shoulder top in a size Small but it arrived with the elastic band around the neck line broken for some reason. So I emailed customer service about my problem and attached images of the top to show that it didnt arrive to me properly. A lovely employee named James said that I would be sent a replacement top free of charge. I then asked if the replacement could be sent to me in a size Medium instead because the small was a bit too short on me if you know what I mean. And the next thing I know I get an email for an order confirmation for the replacement in a size Medium! So kind and generous as most stores would not do this. Ive had zero issues ordering in the past as well, all I have to say is that some of the clothes can be undersized, as I am 50 and 112 lb and I usually have to order stuff in Mediums as the Smalls are too tight on me but this is an overall great store with cute clothes! I've gotten some good quality stuff on there so give this store a chance!

I don't remember how I came across Dolls Kill but I am so glad I did. I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I wish this store was around when I was 18-25 because I would buy all of clothes and shoes from here. There are some clothes that I find that I absolutely must have but their shoes and purses are my main focus. I am a 45 y/o housewife but no where near how one should look. I love Gothic everything-clothes, purses, shoes, and accessories. I find a lot of what I want here at Dolls Kill. If there is a problem, simply contact the gals here and they are more than happy to help you. I really wish I was able to get ClubExx's butterfly boots but it was a surprise item and sold out quickly.

Im always a little hesitant to order internationally because of the exchange rate and the potential for hassles on returns and such.
I honestly can not say enough good things about my recent experience with Dollskill.
The customer service I have received today was second to none!
I received an item that had a quality issue and contacted the customer service (which was convenient and easy to maneuver.)
The representative was not only helpful, but an absolute joy to deal with! My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently and with no stress or attitude.
What an amazing experience.
