I wrote a ridiculous post-bars e-mail asking if I could buy only the korova Milk bar purse sold with the clockwork orange Halloween costume - not the costume, just the purse. Despite my ridiculous request, I had an e-mail back the next day showing me where to find just the purse, and how to get on the list if it ends up being restocked. And at no point was I heckled for the silliness along the way. <3 you!
