I ordered a dope outfit from DK in hopes to receive it for a Halloween party. Their processing took longer than expected (in high demand esp. For Halloween) and even with upgraded shipping, my order still hadn't been shipped and the party had already passed. I let them know that I had no use for the outfit and that I was bummed that it took so long to process. They totally understood. They cancelled my order and refunded to my original payment method as requested and were very quick to reply. I was so worried that it was going to be a hassle, but it was easy and painless. Thank you, DK!
Ordered a costume for delivery to the UK, not only was it delivered quicker than most deliveries, the customer service throughout was first class and the costume was better than I hoped, good quality material. So happy with the costume, and will definitely be ordering again! Thank you xx
I've contacted customer service at Dolls Kill a few times, usually with questions about stock returning/gone, and every time I get a rapid response from someone who genuinely feels like a human. And feels legit. And feels like they are truly so excited about answering my question. It's humane! I trust shopping from the site more than shopping from huge retail sites where I'm uncertain any humans will get back to me not sounding robotic.
I have ordered from DollsKill a lot in the past few years, and consider them the creme de la creme for festival wear and Burning Man attire. Recently I ordered a few items from them that arrived incomplete/damaged. Let me say, that their Customer Service team, although stressed from the Halloween madness, were horrified, and did everything in their power to make it right. Thank you Brooke from Dollskill for making my day! You guys rock.
LINDSAY WAS GR8 AND HELPED ME OUT. I was freaking out because I didn't know my order number and it was almost the 30 days for my return so I was super anxious about getting it sent in time and she was super helpful and got me order number in time!
I order from Dolls Kill all the time bc their stuff is the cutest and they always have good sales going on. They shipped my stuff quickly however the post office did mess up and send it to Hawaii at first when I live in the middle of the US. Not Dolls Kill fault tho and they were very nice and helpful when I let them know! Everything I ordered is perfect and super cute :)

I'm a foreign customer, and my shoes order has been quite difficult as I received two shoes of different size, and another one too small despite I have checked the size chart precisely. This depended on the brand of the shoes only, and not on the Dollskill shop
But the post-sale customer service has been very understanding and helped me to resolve my problem.
Well, few days ago i just did my first ever online shopping. As well as i live in east European country i was quite afraid of shipping. I was scared that in case of doing something wrong my ordering would get lost. The package hasn't arrived yet but after texting on their email and receiving some advice I'm not panicking anymore. Their staff is really so friendly, caring and helpful. Already looking forward to make another order!

I placed a last minute order for an alien halloween costume I was putting together. I paid for express day shipping so it would be here by the next business day. I sent an email to verify because I was short on time, they responded immediately saying they shipped it out. I received it in time and everything was in great condition! I received tons of compliments on the outfit and shoes I ordered! Very impressed with the costumer service and quality!
