I have been ordering from Dolls Kill for years and they are nothing less than fabulous. They have REAL people who deal with any issues, should you ever need anything & get back to you so quick. I seriously don't have enough good things to say about them <3
I had to return a pair or shorts for a different size. My package was delivered, store credit issued and ordered my new pair in time for festival season! Lindsay was awesome and issued the credit as soon as it arrived at the warehouse despite being told that it might take 7 days for my store credit to be issued. Love dollskill team!
I've ordered from dolls skill a bunch of times and never really had a problem. This last time I ordered I had a slight issue, however the problem was fixed as quickly as it was brought up and I'm super grateful for that! Love them!

I ordered a skeleton bodysuit ($60 not including shipping) for my halloween costume to hand out candy. After wearing it for under two hours 9in which I sat on the sofa and walked to the front door) the seam in the back where the zipper is had become completely unstitched, forming a large hole. I was expecting to get a few Halloweens out of this outfit so was very disappointed in the quality, as it is now unwearable. After contacting DollsKill to let them know there was a defect they offered me a small store credit on a future order and wouldn't budge on a refund or replacement as I 'had already worn the item'. Why would I use a future store credit if the one thing I have ordered has already fall apart? They obviously don't stand behind their products, what if I had ordered shoes and the soles had started to come off with one wear? Very unhappy with this purchase and will be letting everyone I know that they should not purchase here.
I am very happy with my purchases. It was my first time buying products from this store online. My zombie net tights and zombie dress arrived on time before Halloween. The personal stylists who emailed me were very nice and helpful-especially Lindsay. My costume is comfortable, it fits, and I love it! Net tights are my new favorite thing. I 100% recommend. They anwser as soon as they can. The shipping is very fast! And you can see where you package is with a very good track and trace. They are super friendly and there clothes are amazing!
I love the store (only been online), but I will continue shopping because of the amazing customer service I have received! My packages had been marked as delivered, but didn't show up for 4 days. I thought they were lost, stolen, or wrongly delivered. I contacted customer service and thru email and text and both girls were awesome and seemed genuinely concerned. One even offered to send me a one time replacement of my orders that were missing. That same day my "lost/missing" packages were at my door! So I told them thank you so much but they won't be needing to send me any replacements! I just really love you guys! Keep up the great work! <3

This store has the best items for literally every occasion. They kill the game. Customer service rocks, they are literally a text away helping you with everything. I love this place and recommend it! 100% DOLLSKILL literally kills the game!
Since there were so many negative reviews about the shop, I wasn´t sure if I should place an order. But the clothes were so beautiful that I decided to give it a try. The shipping was super fast! I live in Germany and the items arrived after 4 days, which is faster than some deliveries I order within my country. I also didn´t have any issues with the custom office. For the clothes, I have to say that some of them have a bit poor quality, but I ordered during a special offer, so that was okay. The sizes are very precise, so everything I ordered fits perfectly. It is very good that they have models with different height, so that you can assume which size would fit yourself. All in all, a shop with beautiful clothes and a very fast shipping service that I would recommend to my friends.
Customer service always gets back to me really quickly and really nicely! They're also very reasonable. The person who helped me recently was called Alyssa and she was very nice.
