I ordered a few things from the site, but I mistakenly chose the wrong size for one of my items. After measuring myself I emailed customer service the day after I placed the order to see if they could somehow switch the size because it had not yet shipped and they could! Although it would have been a fairly simple fix if I had to return, they really came through and saved my impatient $#*! from the hassle! So happy with them :)

I recently made an order on your site, and realized the next morning (a Sunday) I made a mistake on one of the pair of pants I ordered. Hoping I could make a quick change on the size I mistakenly ordered, I sent off an email to customer service.

Not only was the response prompt, but Lindsay was able to inform me that since my order was still processing, that the size change could be made! This was on a Sunday! I didn't expect that level of customer service having bad experiences from other sites in the past, but you've got yourself a return customer. My first order with you guys and definitely not my last!

I went on Dolls Kill for the first time recently. Their wide range of fun and unique items is great, especially their shoes. I ordered a pair of platform boots and they arrived much earlier then expected. When I opened the package I then realized that the boots that I recieved were not what I had ordered. I was disappointed about this and emailed customer service shortly after. They replied in less than 24 hours and were super helpful. They let me keep the wrong boots and I gave them to a friend, and then sent me the correct boots free of charge. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had, despite the mishap. They are so friendly, helpful, and work fast to make sure you are happy. Would definitely shop here again, and recommend to a friend.

I love dolls kill so much their store is one of the best and their customer service is fantastic actually over the top i had recently ordered some boots and they were stolen and dolls kill customer service went out of their way to send me a whole new pair of boots and i appreciate that so much because they didn't have to do that but they did out of the love they have for their supporting customers ordering from this store will have you never doing any wrong this store sells some of the best shoes I've ever seen
