Quick, easy, and nice

I had returned an order that didn't fit as well as I wanted (when i contacted them they replied super quickly and were very helpful) as I waited a few days for my store credit to come I started to wonder when I'd get it. I emailed and within a few hours they responded and took care of it. They were amazing through the whole process.

STAY AWAY FROM DOLLSKILL

I WAS a long-time customer with Dollskill (being delighted that another alternative fashion brand opened up; there aren't too many compared to mainstream brands). However they really drop the ball when it comes to their shipping times (ordered rush shipping for 20; came late and package was withheld). That's just one problem. They appear to be inclusive and positive/edgy but they actually bully people (they had a model contest and they made fun of the trans model and plus sized people; a size L girl won the plus size contest I believe). You can see evidence of this on people's blogs. They steal designs from artists literally off deviantart, Nikkilipstick, and people off Etsy and rebrand it as their own. Basically they're trash and they charge $$$$ for cheap clothes made in China. Stay away!

It was pretty expensive, some clothes are made cheaply and some made nice. Also the ONE thing in my order I was SUPER excited to receive did not come. They didn't give me any notice that the item I bought was actually sold out so when I opened the package and read the paper it crossed out the item and they wrote "sorry item was out of stock, will refund money for item". Literally made my mood go from 100 to 0 and now I don't want to order again because of that disappointment. Also sizes are all over the place. I bought two pairs of shorts one large and one medium. The large is a little big and the medium is soooooo small I can even wear them unless I lose 50 lbs... I weigh 130 and am 5'9 which is an average weight for people my height, I would literally have to be under weight to fit into these shorts. ALSO THE EYE LINER OMG THE EYE LINER. Liquid eye liner from NYX $8cant even use because it dispenses too much eye liner ink. I touch it to my face for 1 sec and I have a giant blob of black ink on my face. Literally dollar store eye liner works better.

Slow Service.

I'm happy with the merchandise I can buy from this site, but every single time I pay extra for quicker shipping, it just seems to take even longer than choosing normal shipping (typically 5 business days). I've brought this up to customer service already, and they don't seem to care. Since I work for a similar business, we strive to ship out our orders as quickly as possible according to when the order was placed AND which shipping option was selected. As long as they're making a few extra dollars, it doesn't seem to matter to them if I was planning to receive something by a specific date.

I placed an order for a harness on Dolls Kill in September, it is now November 11th and I still have not received the item. After badgering them online for a while, I finally got a response today saying there was a problem with my shipping address (makes no sense, it was put in perfectly) and that even though I was emailed a longggg time ago that the item was shipped out - that was a lie. They never alerted me of any delivery problems in the last 2 months. Only now are they offering to reship it out, and do nothing for all the time I've wasted for a mistake they made. Terrible service. Incredible shame.

I've been ordering from Dolls Kill for a few years now. And I've always had great experiences. They've been super responsive when I have a question or an issue with a return. This time around I tried to order that dope unicorn skeleton onesie for halloween, but because I purchased during a flash sale, shipping was not on my side and the order was lost (USPS). I was really, really bummed but Dolls Kill got me the refund I needed and were really nice about it all. Thanks y'all. Even without the onesie, I'm still stannin.

I am very happy! When my package didnt arrive, i contacted dollskill and got the most fast reply i ever got. My doll Mona tried everything to find my lost package and understood my Problem. And what can I say: now my package is on its way and I am very thankful.
I never had such a good and fast service like I had with dollkill. And I will definetly buy more there^^

There's nothing more that I fear than shopping online. Dolls kill however provided impeccable customer service where their representatives are easy to reach, responsive and reassuring when it comes to any questions about their site and merchandise. I had two different transactions and they were able to help me and walk me through all the shipping and return process. They also provide fast feedback about items that I was interested and how I should sign up for email list to get notified on the restock. I have never been so satisfied with a online store company's customer service that I had the urge to provide feedback for their hard work to satisfy their customers. Also ALL the merchandise I purchased, shoes, jewelry and clothing were above my standards of what I expected. Well made items and perfectly packaged! I send all my love and gratitude to a company I will keep supporting.

I ordered I pair of boots in the wrong size I reordered them in the correct size and wanted to see if I could cancel my first item since it had not shipped. I texted the number given on the website and about 2 hours later I received a reply and from them in about 5 replies my order was canceled even tho they said they wouldn't be able to in the FAQs and my refund will be put back into my account... best customer service experience ever!

Dollskill Rad customer service!

I had originally ordered a particular size for my halloween costume but i instead received the wrong size.
When i contacted dollskill customer service, i was very happy they actually got back to me in a very quickly matter.
Since i couldn't use my costume for halloween, they told me to keep the item i received in the wrong size and gave me a full refund for store credit!

They were really nice and prompt about the whole issue.
Overall im very satisfied with dollskill awesome customer service <3
