Have purchased so many items that are all quality and unique. I literally can't stop ordering from the site. Everything arrived on time and was in perfect condition.
I had one item that was out of stock, and I was helped by multiple people to refund the money and get me the same item when it was restocked.
I will continue to shop here because of the amazing product and service I received.
I ordered two items right after Thanksgiving. Over that weekend there was a backup at their warehouse that caused a slight delay. I emailed customer service, and even though it was after their listed business hours I got a quick response explaining and apologizing for the delay. They stayed on top of the issue, were incredibly polite and friendly. They stayed in touch with me until I recieved my order. Would definitely purchase from again.
I had an issue with a return, it got resolved and the customer service rep I spoke too was very nice and understanding!
My experience was very pleasant. Lots of friendly emails and information was given to me to keep me on track about my orders. My questions were answered right away. Was very happy with my orders that i received. This is how an online business transaction should be. I'll be back for more :)
Horrible customer service- you can't get anyone on the phone and the emails are a joke!
2 different orders and both had major issues ( used and damaged items sent to me- gross) and even after thinking the first order was a fluke and then being forced to take a store credit for less than I actually paid as their customer policy after being forced to waste my time and energy returning used items and an item that was listed incorrectly on their own web site- phone case wasn't correct for iPhone. I was forced to reorder or lose all my funds altogether. So since I didn't even receive my original amount I then again was forced to pay more money to use my store credit and again I received my second order with completely damaged stuff. Below are four pictures of black spots all over a "new" silver item I just received and the item is only to be silver. 1. Its not as pictured or advertised and 2. I am out additional money, time and energy returning items not described or sent as advertised. Buyers beware!
I've ordered many many times. I've had a couple few issues but that's because their stock runs out quick and you have to act fast if you see something you like!
I was so excited when I came across Dolls Kill! I'd finally found a shop that had clothes to fit my style!

There is such a wide variety of items and the prices vary but are reasonable! The delivery is always super speedy and I've always been so impressed with this!
And the customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond are always the most helpful!

My package was unfortunately stolen and I called Dollskill in the time frame they inform you to. I spoke to various people within the company and they were all so helpful and so sweet and so professional. Because of them, I was able to order the items I had ordered originally, I got them at the discounted price as well, and everyone within the process was so efficient on getting back to me. 11/10 would recommend to my friends and family! <3

I'm very happy that dollskill is a thing, and pretty stoked when discounts come along every now and then. Dollskill has a lot of goods and when they become out of stock on an item, they usually bring it back, for those who missed their chance. It's a lovely clothing brand, that is personally one of my favourites. I like ow they consider different styles and areas of fashion, such as neon, goth, etc... this can be shown from the dolls of the websites, which I absolutely love! There are so many more things I can say about dollskill, but there's too much for me to write alone, just take a look at the reviews! Thank you dollskill, for being you! <3

I received quick and helpful customer service regarding my DollsKill return. All my questions were answered.
Very disappointed that I placed an order and over 2 weeks later it still wasn't sent (it was supposed to arrive in 5 days). I messaged customer service and my order was refunded without any communication as to why. I bought them for my daughter because she really wanted them for Christmas and now she won't get any of the items. This is bad business. If you're ordering, and want your items to actually be sent, buy elsewhere. This company will never get another penny from me.
DONT BUY FROM DOLLSKILL. So I'm just gonna vent about his because there's litterally nothing else I can do? So I used to be the biggest fan of that site till they $#*!ed me over and got away with it.
In AUGUST I bought 112$ of stuff 4 items all on sale that were regularly priced much higher then 112$ so the value of everything I bought was higher then the price obviously.
They sent it out couldn't find the address so it was returned to sender. This happened a second time even tho. I had double checked and verified it was the correct address...
So I still haven't received it and at this point it's already been weeks not to mention I had payed extra for fast shipping... so emailing and calling their company to try to resolve this they tried telling me they couldn't send the items because they didn't have them in stock. THATS $#*!ING BS you sold it to me you must have it especially since ya know you've sent it out twice to the wrong address.
So then they try to give me store credit... 17$ anyways?!?!? Not only did the value of what I bought come out to way more then the 112$ I paid for so their store credit won't be nearly worth what I had bought... But they didn't even give the full $#*!ing amount that I paid?!?
Then trying to fix that I've been calling and emailing them multiple times only to be ignored on all calls and all emails are auto responsive that goes in a circle of endless non useful bs.
So I call the bank.
They can't reverse the transaction because they can't find it in my transaction history?!?!? But wtf. Because I never got that money back and I didn't receive the store credit of 112$ either?!?!? So good job DOLLSKILL. You've skammed another one. Well done.
Slow shipping, auto-generated ("Hey, Doll!) slow customer service communication, and cheap over-priced clothing. I ordered from them and paid--only to get an email stating the clothing wasn't in stock, and to expect a refund. Pain in the butt and won't be ordering from them again.
Super quick and helpful responses to my emails (on a Sunday!). Follow up as well even after the problem had been resolved. Very friendly.
I ADORE the style of the clothes they sell on this website, which is what drew me to them in the first place! I've bought a couple things from them, mostly pants, but also a jacket and some leggings. Some of the brands on here are very quality (Tripp makes especially good clothing), but the other main brand I have purchased, Current Mood, is made in China and seems a bit iffy. I purchased a pair of their vegan leather pants in size M a couple months ago--they were very tight, but after wearing once or twice, they stretched to the proper size. After wearing them for the 4th time (hadn't washed yet), they began literally falling apart, not even on the seams! They fell apart on the pocket, then ripped where the thighs rub together, and THEN the seam on the crotch ripped, all at once! I was super disappointed, especially since they were $50, but I loved the pants so much that when they went on sale, I purchased them again. I bought a size large this time with the hopes that less stretching will make the material last longer, but I'm already worried about where the thighs touch because I can feel a change in the texture of the fabric (1st wear). We'll see how long this pair lasts!
(Side note: Jacket made also by Current Mood is solid, warm, and sized properly by comparison)
I ordered a bunch of items for my daughters birthday and only realized after I placed the order that they were coming to my address and needed to go to my daughter. I emailed customer service and they responded right away and told me that they had taken care of it and they would be going to my daughters address.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them? I'm in Dallas, TX and was blown away by how great they were to work with! :)
