I checked the status of a refund that seemed to be a bit late and the error was immediately researched and corrected. Support is always fast and really friendly.
Nicole was super helpful. I had put down the incorrect shipping address so I called to get it changed before my package was sent out. The call dropped, so Nicole emailed me to confirm that my address was updated. Whata babe!

This company is really backed by its support team and I full heartedly believe that. You can sell amazing products all day long but if your service team is $#*! then it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Speaking from personal experience. But that is not the case with the dolls kill crew. The amazing clothes but even better customer support is what has kept me coming back. It feels like a great friendship that keeps on giving and I'm truly thankful for them!

One of the worst stores I have ever shopped from. I ordered a pair of jeans and they did not come with the chain that appeared in the picture. I emailed them telling them as long as they sent the chain id be happy, they told me they didn't have any left so they would give me store credit. They gave me 9$ store credit, chains online cost about 20$ average and with shipping that's close to 40$ HAHA. So to get free shipping I ordered a couple more things. A couple weeks later I received most of my items except a pair of shoes. So I emailed them telling them and they said OMG so sorry babe our warehouse lost your order, this is our fault we will give you a full refund. I said okay that's fair. 3 weeks later they put 9.68$ in my account when I paid close to 30$ American which is close to 40$ Canadian. I emailed them telling them how ridiculous it was to be promised a full refund and receive not even half back. They did not email me back, I emailed them about 6 times since then asking what's going on and no email back NOTHING. I will never ever shop at dolls kill again. Not only are they incompetent but there stuff is cheap and rips within weeks of wearing. I don't understand how they have so many customers coming back for seconds when the firsts are just horrible.
I had a bit of a problem with a product I ordered but to pay them their dues, the company did a fantastic job of rectifying it and gave me great and friendly customer service.
I love shopping on this site and have found some of the coolest items! The only problem I've had is with returning an item for a different size. I used the prepaid shipping label and it took almost 2 weeks for my item to be sent back. On top of that, it took another 9 business days before I was able to get my store credit issued (I had to call customer service and ask for it). By the time I received my store credit and reordered the item in a bigger size it had been over a month since my original order. On the plus side, I do love the jacket I got!

Not only do they have after pay, which is pretty amazing for more expensive orders like the one I placed, but their customer service is excellent. I got a reply in a timely manner, and the individual I spoke with was very kind and helpful! My problem was solved pretty much immediately.
Styles are great and unique - but when it comes to the quality of the actual items, I'm disappointed. The prices are not cheap, so I wouldn't expect to receive something that I can't even wear because it's so ridiculously itchy, and that tears upon trying it on. Really poor quality. I threw it in the bin. The boots I bought are very cheaply made too, like something I'd expect to buy at a market selling fake ripoffs.
I love all of this sites clothing so when one of my items sadly broke they were able to assist me the best they could. A store credit was given and I'm happy with the outcome.
Awesome customer service, I got a quick response, and they listened to what I was talking about. And they were kind! That's the most important thing to me. I already have another order planned haha
I had some broken merchandise (messed up through shipping) and they immediately helped me and fixed the issue I felt very comfortable spending my money on their items, love everything I've gotten. I've gone back and ordered many more things
