I've been ordering from Dollskill for over two years now. They have great prices and affordable shipping options. I've used all 3 of their shipping options. They have an amazing selection of items. I've returned items I wasn't satisfied with (wrong size or I just didn't like the quality) not only with my own shipping but also their new free return shipping and received store credit with no issues for all my returns. I will say their free provided return shipping takes awhile. I only ever had one issue where my order took some time to ship out even with my expedited shipping, and they even took care of me when it came to that. When i ordered overnight shipping my order arrived the net day. I love this website! They always answer my inquiries pretty quickly too. I attached my most recent orders, proof of return and first order ever :)
After a recent problem of not receiving quite a large order with some time sensitive items in I was quite anxious to email as I've not had the best customer service from DK in previous years however this time they were absolutely amazing. Alyssa was straight on fixing my problem, was polite and helpful and made me feel like my issue was important. She'd fixed it for me within 5 minutes. It's really clear to me (having seen the service a few years back when I was made to feel like I really didn't matter in the grand scheme of the business) that DK are making huge efforts to improve their service and care more about customers and that's awesome and very very much appreciated! There's no other online retailers that suits my style and the quality and prices are more than reasonable. Having avoided buying much over the last few years I'm doing a full 180 and will be coming back to dollskill for the majority of my purchases! It's good to be home!

I will also say I mostly LOVE the way their website is laid out, and it makes it fun (almost addictive) to shop at Dolls Kill... I love the carefully curated Burning Man fashion pages!
My issue was just mainly because, like everything these days, quality or care is rarely taken to manufacturing process and the awesome platform shoes I bought "Electric Venom" were poorly made with cheap components - mainly the ZIPPER! https://www.dollskill.com/club-exx-hologram-snake-platform-boots-silver.html
Yes, these awesome looking boots basically BROKE the 1st time I wore them. The zipper inverted and they got STUCK on my right foot. I had to drive stick shift home in these babies - which luckily I was able to do and made it home alive!
I would just encourage Diolls Kill to communicate through to their builders to please make a QUALITY PRODUCT!
So, their online store was offering a special promotion for only 3 hours. Unfortunately, the website kept crashing, probably due to server issues. I contacted them via email to let them know that I wasn't able to place my order. Lindsay was kind and offered a promo code. However, it still did not work. So, I reached out to her again. She then provided me with another one that did in fact work. However, between that time I had placed my order because I was afraid the items in my shopping cart would become sold out. I had already placed the order before she emailed me a code that works, so I had to ask her to cancel my 1st order, which she quickly did. I then replaced the order with the code. Although there were issues and I had to go back and forth via email, I'm impressed with the prompt responses and the follow through I received when dealing with their customer service. All companies have issues, its about how quickly they resolve them that makes a difference!
Since discovering dolls kill, my wardrobe and shoe collection has grown. It has become colourful and ultra modern They have so much to pick from, there is something for everyone. Ordering and paying is easy too, If there is ever a problem with your order, the team at customer service will respond very quickly. I have ordered so many times and products always come in the said time and very well packed. All my orders have had tracking on them, so I know the date they should be arriving.
Many thanks to Sarah for the fabulous customer service! I tried to place an order when the web site was having problems during a BOGO sale, so I emailed customer service to explain the problem. Sarah apologized and gave me a promo code so I could still access the discount at a later time. When I later placed the order via my phone I didn't see where to apply the discount code and got myself into another jam. All told I went back and forth with Sarah five times; she was very patient and in the end got it all fixed for me. Thank you!
I was a little frustrated about a mistake from the shipping but the lovely ladies helped me quickly which I appreciate a lot.
To be honest ever since I came across this website I have been addicted! I shop here almost every week and come to the website almost everyday no complaints whatsoever Only Love from this doll!

I had received an incorrect item in my order and at first I couldn't get through to a person and was worried but then I used their texting option and within 24 hours someone responded. Not only did they apologize and send the correct item but they told me to just keep the other item for my troubles. I'd give a 5 if it weren't for the difficulty reaching someone via phone call. All in all though, great company and great resolution once I was in contact with them.
Honestly, I have been shopping with this company specifically for 3 + years.
I have not once really had any issues with this company, specifically. Anytime that I've ever had an issue with a purchase, even 2 years ago. Not once has someone hesitated to help and resolve the said issue.
I know a lot of people complain about this and that, but it's also how you handle the issue. You know, it's called choice for a reason... so be kind or $#*! off, at least that's how I see it. I apologize if that seems a bit hasty, but give them a damn break, running a business isn't exactly easy -.-... I digress

Today, I had an issue and a lovely lady named "Brooke", took care of everything! I wasn't having the greatest of days, so it was truly appreciated. In fact it made my day! Why? Because it was all 100 percent genuine kindness.

I've been a dolls kill shopper for years. Only recently have i had to contact customer service, because i had gotten shoes that i was anticipating wearing to an event that didn't fit. I knew they had free returns, but my return was set to take like 2 weeks to get to the warehouse, and credit might not have hit for another week. I was just gonna accept things as they were, but decided to reach out cause you never know! And sure enough, they gave me the credit to reorder my size right away since they could see my return was on its way! And now i'll have my lovely shoes for my vacay! I could've bought my dr martens from another site but i'm pleased i used dollskill!
Always great styled products, and very helpful customer service workers such as James. I love their products and any issues are always resolved instantly by the Dolls Kill team.
Had a little bit of an issue putting the wrong address down, when it got sent back i contacted them and got an extremely fast reply, they sent me a credit back, and ordered the shoes i ordered all for me within 10 minutes. I'm extremely happy with this website and will be shopping here in the future.
After placing my first order I shortly received a lovely follow up email asking what brands and such where my style and what I was after from dollskill as a new customer. I had never had this from any other online store from a real person or customer service so if was so lovely too see. After I replied with what I was after I received some lovely recommendations for some new brands I wouldn't of found otherwise that I totally loved. ZZ was super helpful in helping me place my second order full of new products I know Il love! Outstanding customer service and I am so excited for my new stuff to arrive, seriously ZZ is the best!
I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. I emailed immediately and they quickly changed it for me!
I ordered the Broom Rider boots, and received them in 2 days! They're so sick, and such good quality, but we're the wrong size. Really wanted to have them before I travelled so I ordered another size and again, got em in 2 days! Perfect fit and so comfortable, can't wait to wear them out. Customer service was awesome, helped me figure out the return with no problems and were so understanding.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
