I stupidly didn't check the delivery address when I paid with PayPal and accidentally sent my order to my old workplace. Even though it says in their FAQs that they can't amend orders when I got in touch they were super lovely and fixed it for me really fast. And now I'm excited to get my order!

So pretty much what happened with my purchase was I got a shirt (which I ordered medium) but received 1X with tags saying medium. I emailed customer support and received and email back from Onyx, who was extremely Kind and helpful. I was able to keep the 1X tee and give it to a friend and had a new one shipped to me! I don't write reviews ever but dolls kill customer service is like talking to a best friend... returns are easy if something doesn't fit... and also their stuff is always PERFECT. I love all their shoes and makeup and clothes. My fav online place to shop. Also the sales are the best!

My purchase got returned by the Post Office. Dolls were great locating it and entered my credit right away. That was a big ++ as my grand daughter couldn't wait to purchase more clothes with that credit. Thank You
