I paid for express and received the product well and truly over the 5 days shipping. Great customer service and fast response but in future I would prefer a warning if it might be late or just don't offer that speed of shipping if there isn't a guarantee. Still love my product and the site.

My package didn't come in the way It should have. I ordered a cold brew cup. The lid was broken and It came with no straw. The cup itself was in good condition. My package arrived on time and I was able to get a response quickly from someone on the dollskill team. It was nice overall, but my package was the only thing that lagged.
