I love, love, love, love, loooooove Dolls Kill! Their unique selection of clothes are so much fun! I shop with Dolls Kill frequently, my packages always come on time if not early, the return process can be as long as up to a month so I would suggest shopping in advance if you are guessing which sizes will be best for you for a specific date or event. They do however, have free returns so that is another perk! Otherwise the staff is always friendly, fun, and very upbeat and all of their products are of incredible quality. They definitely will be getting my returning business for some time! Highly recommend, always!

Every time I need something specific for an occasion or just because I want it, dolls kill is my always go to! The customer service is so sweet to chat with, super fast reply, and they help with anything from an issue to just trying to find what you are looking for! Also the shipping is great and fast as well. There are so many other sites that try to be like dolls that not only have cheap quality but they take forever and are almost always a hit or miss with products, (at least for me) I end up unhappy and regretting my decision.

First of all I had to pay a 23£ extra for customs fees that weren't included in the shipment cost. Unfortunately the size charts turned out to be completely unreliable - at least the ones regarding my goods.
One of the items is incredibly small, while the others are huge. The quality is actually pretty low too.
The pack arrived damaged, probably due to the shipping. Even if it wasn't me who spoiled it, the return policy states that Dolls Kill doesn't accept damaged boxes. And it is even specified that the eventual refund to your order can only be spent on their site, and that means -to a person outside USA- other additional customs fees.
Despite all this I still tried to return the items, just to find out that the expedition is totally my charge and in my case it costs 102£. My whole order's value is actually 107£ so sending the goods back would be ridiculous.
If you live outside USA it's actually impossible to return your items without spending nearly as much as you paid -or even more if you consider customs fees.
To all fellow non American people I recommend not to waste your money on this website unless you are absolutely sure that everything you'll order will fit you. And beware of the size charts;)

Non sarete informati in nessun modo di questa cosa, nè al momento del piazzamento dell'ordine nè al momento del pagamento. Sarà il corriere a inviarvi direttamente la parcella per le spese di importazione e tutti i dazi conseguenti.

ATTENTION to anyone who places an international shipment. The "FREE SHIPPING" they claim to offer is not a free shipment. The site only takes care of transport costs, leaving you to pay all import duties on your behalf (usually around 20% of the expense made). You will not be informed in any way of this thing, neither at the time of placing the order nor at the time of payment. It will be the courier to send you directly the parcel for the import costs and all the resulting duties. Just a very sad case of false advertising.

I was upset when I saw that my size of Dr Marten's Neilson biker boots in the official Dr Martens United Kingdom website was sold out, so I have decided to look for alternative shopping options and here we go - luckily, I came across with Dolls Kills, they've had my size Neilson boots on sale! Smooth purchase and brilliant customer service, as Jahna just within few minutes replied to my request and was happy to amend my delivery address. I have received these lovely boots today, that means it took just less than a week to receive them from United States to United Kingdom (including bank holidays). Amazing! And also once your item is dispatched, the tracking order history is so detailed and simple in their website to check. Once again, thank you so much the Dolls Kills! Can't wait to sit on my motorcycle with these lovely boots! There are no doubts I will be buying from the Dolls Kills in the nearest future again!
