Replies to any questions you have are really quick and helpful, it's easier to use the website when you know you can ask for help at any time

Great company but you need to stop using Fedex to ship to Canada. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this carrier while ordering from your site, its at the point where I am hesitant to order from your site because i don't want to deal with Fedex.

I got some great help from Jahna. She helped me pick a size for my boots I ordered. I usually am a size 7.5 but she advised me to size up half a size.

I bought a pair of boots that did not fit and had questions about their eligibility for return. Their support staff via chat responded quickly and let me send a pic of the boots for review, and reassured me I'd receive my full store credit for the return. Very easy!
