The Dollar Tree Direct line *******733 does not have the ability to tell you if it's in stock, if it shipped OR even where it is. When I asked for a supervisor, they were at lunch at 10am.
And get this...The store manager doesn't know if your order is in the shipment that they received until they open it. It's been a month of waiting for me already, it's a game now to see how long I can hold out. Wish me luck!

If I wanted to pay $5 or below, I would go to dollar general or 5 below. I am not happy at all with this new selelction and just skip to middleman and go to Dollar General. They really need to stop this stupid stuff. There is a reason I shopped at dollar tree

The Dollar Tree Store at 501 N. Beneva Ste 610 Looks like it was picked up and shaken like a snow globe stuff is everywhere and the store is very dirty and the staff doesn't not give a #@/t it's the worst Dollar Tree Store I have ever seen and it has been like that for years and it's a fairly new Store. Corporate management should go in and inspect the store I think they should fire the manager and all the other employees close the store for a couple weeks hire new staff train them and start over. The manager there if you ever see him on the floor he looks like he just woke up. I think I will start going the extra few miles to the store at 1247 S. Beneva Rd the manager and staff there care about the store you can always see the manager there working on keeping the store clean and organized.

I have been trying to empty my cart for months. I Can't delete anything at all. No customer service for this issue.

Dollar Tree in Eastover Shopping Center is very unsafe. My daughter works there and was assaulted on 8/27/23 by a customer. My daughter was charged for defending herself. GM ( Garvin) was informed of the situation and he stated call the police, no security in place no exit plan and no follow up. Non caring management about personal and no one showe up to see if employee's were able to leave the building safely. This company shows no regard for the security of life and the well being of its employees and customers. Please do not petrinize this establishment and boycott it.

Manager abd assist mgr are highly unskilled to work with public sector.
Do not give customer recognition on poor experience. Zack the cashier however was 100%. Kolb/22nd Tucson.

Our Dollar Tree opened just a few years ago in a nice part of town. It was a nice store up until recently. Now you go in there and it sounds like you're in a trap house...cussing, loud music, etc ( all by the employees). It's now filthy, boxes in the aisles and is rarely stocked. Sad. We all enjoyed it the first few years.
Even more sad is that they would put the money into building a store just to let it go to ruins. The one is trash.

Not much to brag about but not a bad store, has the essentials and nothing more, nothing less. Overall a decent convenient store.

This store is a disaster! Items are scattered everywhere, it's unorganized, dirty and messy!

I would like to know how to become a manager like the one at the Grindstone store in Columbia,MO. That means that I would work from 7:00 to 3:00 4 to 5 days. I would not be required to stock shelves, do the cash register only in dire emergencies and be able to talk on my phone the majority of the day. I would not have to close the store anytime and I would not have to work any Sunday. The manager at the Grindstone store does no care about her employees and makes them work solely by themselves for 6 hours at a time. No one should ever be in the store by themselves. I also don't need training because the Grindstone manager doesn't know proper procedures and how to make deposits and get change. We had a great store at Grindstone, but now nobody wants to work there and customers don't feel welcome or comfortable.

I said to my friend I will call their Corp & complain. This cashier kept running her loud mouth!
Cashier: Black female, overweight, shaved hair all around above her ears & a mohawk colored hair on top.heavier weighted.

So we left!
How is Dollar Tree keeping this employee?

They would not take my complaint!
Dollar Tree does not care one hoot about their customers or they would be concerned about their customers!

I tried to go into the Dollar Tree at 6085 Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights California to buy 2 pieces of poster board to finish a project but the doors were locked, I looked at my phone-it was 9:44 pm, the store closes at 10:00 pm, I knocked on the door, the employee inside looked at me but kept mopping, I needed the poster board and knocked again, the employee opened the door to let a customer out, I said " You don't close until 10, it's a quarter 'til, I just need some poster board" the employee said "We're getting ready to close, have a nice day" and locked the door. Apparently they close at 9:44 to get ready to close at 10:00.

I like Pasta-Found Natural Heaven Spaghetti. A Vegan food (Heart os Palm) 70 calories for the box-I love it.Also buy Almond Milk and my veggies here. The Spaghetti is upwards of $4.00 on line. VERY HAPPY.

It's the same price as in the stores, but they make you buy a lot more! So, where are the savings? Same price, spend more. NO SAVINGS! I can use maybe 5 wire baskets, but 36 wire baskets? NO! I will continue to shop in-store & buy only what I need today & near future. I used to do a lot of my shopping at Dollar Tree, but since they raised their prices by 25%, I shop at other stores that are still $1.00 for a lot of items that used to be $1.00 at Dollar Tree. I'll bet you won't include this review, because I tell the truth!

The Hamtramck location is the only dollar tree that always has long lines and only one lane open. Not a lot of variety and not organized. It's a mess. They need more cashiers for the long lines and more workers to unload and stack and keep it clean. I've been to other locations and the difference is like night and day. Who do we complain to?

I purchase online all the time. Dollar Tree provided the worst service I have had in years. I was notified three times my items were at the store for pickup. I went to the store three times. My package was not there. I got a different excuse everytime. 1. It was lost in shipping. You have to cancel the order and reorder. I did that. 2. It won't be in until Tuesday of next week. 3. The truck didn't come today it was delayed. Come back tomorrow. Nite that I received emails several times saying it was in the store. Forget them. Use another dollar type store. They raised their prices 25 percent.
