I was in the Pinckney DG today and was very disappointed in the condition of the store. I used to go there a lot when it was actually clean and organized. I could hardly get my cart down some of the isles. Empty shelves and just disgusting looking. Not sure what happened but just terrible. I will not be shopping there anymore. I would rather drive to a different store in another city then to go back there. They didn't have what I thought was a basic thing so I left without purchasing a curtain and rod. If I could give no stars I certainly would have.

To be frank product placed in the wrong spot alot and not moved by customers. And no pricing on alot of thier products. So you don't know what price it is

I've visited this store several times when traveling from Orlando to Melbourne. Small yet always stocked, clean and the service is always 100%. The staff is super friendly and Lola the cashier is a doll!

This website and the people everything over here is a fraud. They make a fake page and fool people during payments. I request people not to trust this kind of website even DG store. The people themselves working over here are involved in frauds. Disgusting behavior and disgusting services.

A lot of the items sold at Dollar General can be bought cheaper at Walmart. I buy flavored water for 70 cents at Walmart. It is a dollar. Ten at DG.

The Lewisburg Dollar general/store has almost every thing a person could need. It's like a miniature grocery store. It's also really organized because of it's amazing workers. These people are extremely nice, and as a person that struggles with social anxiety I love that I've found a place to purchase from that has nice people and good customer service. Even though I mainly go up there to see my favorite workers and buy energy drinks I'd rate this store a 10/10 :)

I dont understand why people shop here?
I have compared alot! Of item prices WALMART or even local supermarkets have the same prices even less prices. Wake up people.

I never saw a store in Westfield NY so bad bathroom are so filthy and bugs everywhere same with the floors. Worker smoking outside when they can be cleaning. Give the store a bad name.

The manager at mouthcard dollar general's store is questionable, I have personally heard her talk to her employees and some customers plum awful. There was an older gentleman that fell and she told him that "maybe he shouldn't be so clumsy and that he just fell because he wanted money from her and that he should bring his walker next time", I have also heard her talk about a 12 year old little girls body(it was the little girls butt she was talking about) and told customers and her fellow employees to go look; and told one of the employees to ask said little girl where she bought her butt at because she wanted one. She's rude to the customers and tells the customers and her new employees lies on why her previous employees quit on her. Customers have complained on her to corporate and nothing is ever done I figured I'd leave this review.

Spent 45 minutes today getting all my coupons ready. Go shopping...go to cashier... Was told...I could buy not anything on sale or use the digital coupons with the $5.00 off.
I put everything back... Employee just stood there. Went shopping again. Just so i could use the 5 dollar off. Smh. Im done with yr darn digital coupons.

I do not like your policy of letting customers buy 100$ worth of groceries on a Saturday and use separate coupons for each 25$ worth of merchandise. I just spent 30 minutes waiting for a customer to do this, I will not use a card for a 3$ item. They are loosing my business.

Have any of you ever been asked to empty your pockets when leaving a store? We took our autistic, teenaged son to a dollar general in Daytona Beach Shores (2112 S Atlantic Avenue). He picked out some things. My husband was taking him to the car while I paid for it. The store manager asked him to empty his pockets because they "looked suspicious". He refused. When I entered the store, the cashier told me that I needed to leave my backpack behind the counter. I went ahead and did it even though I shouldn't have. This was before they entered the store. It was crazy and we'rean AfricanAmerican family. I'm not about to let this go.

Brianna is a very good person Brianna helps people when they can't find something they are looking for Brianna will show you where it is very good personality and the respectful person she is I will always come now and shop. The store is a lot better now and bigger are used to go there years ago. I didn't like it now I like that store Dollar General

I have been trying to resolve an issue through corporate for almost a week now and have had no luck. I understand why the service at Dollar General is so horrible, it's because corporate has no urgency or concern for the customers either. At one point I was on hold for over an hour and STILL my issue wasn't resolved. Will never shop there again!

If your working put up your phone while checking someone out. Speak to them and be nice. Geez. How hard is it. Trust me I as my friends will never visit a dollar General again..

The dollar general on 280 and black Creek ga has the rudest employees they follow u around the store and they turn the self checkout off when certain people come in the store and I got banned from the property this morning just for asking for the number to the corporate office so I could make a complaint an employee went out to the parking lot and flagged down an office to give me a piece of paper saying I can't come back on the property I want every employee that was there and treated me like that this morning fired and I'm going to make sure that happens
