The delivery time was more than two months. I am imagining it all has to do with the virus. I have the ball machine now and it arrived all ok. I am just getting ready to use it for the first time so hopefully it all works as advertised.
So far so good. Smooth ordering and better price than other sites. Now delivery efficiency and of course the quality of the product, and return policy (if necessary) are yet to be Determined.
I contacted customer service but no one answered. It was during business hours. The product looks great but i have not put it to use yet. The shoes seem slightly big/long. I want to try a smaller size. So how they respond to this will determine my satisfaction. I still consider them an expensive shoe and want the fit to be just right of course, before deciding to keep them. Thank you

Easy and good prices
The Bablolat Elasto Cross II tool broke, i had to turn around and purchase a Tourna tool, worked great and did not break. So not really happy with the Babolat product and at this point would not recommend it.
Great value. Whole process was easy. I always check to see who's supplying products on Amazon and try to buy from the supplier directly, especially if the terms and conditions, refunds policies, etc. are similar.
I usually don't shop here but anytime I do, they provide great service. I highly recommend them.

Very easy and enjoyed the experience
Will do business with anyone who makes it easy to do so. However, website says that to demo racquets they only charge for delivery. I picked my demo racquets up in person when I dropped my racquet off for stringing and was still charged delivery costs. Dropped them off in person as well. Otherwise a very good experience.
