I am quite satisfied with the product and the service. I was disappointed that the curtain did not come with the rings to hook the curtain to the cable. But I had no problem getting some zip-ties that served the purpose.

Everything was great except one of the parts, an L shape corner tube with snap pins (part #2). The snap pins on this one part will not protrude into the other bars' hole slots in a secure fashion. The snap pins are not properly anchored on both sides within this one L shape corner tube. Trying to jerry rig a solution.
Ridiculous form that asks for the same information 3 times... and then if you choose PayPal, you probably never needed to enter it anyone. The site feels like it was last updated in 2004.

The shopping and delivery of our tennis rebounder was fantastic. The product itself is good and perfect for our basement especially now with social distancing. However, the frame is a little weak and the poles don't fully connect. It was manageable to put together but if I want to bring it outside it will take time to break it down. We are enjoying it so far and are happy with it.
