Very unpleasant experience. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pair of tennis shoes UK 10 but received a UK 12. The shoes cost me $159 and are now siting in a box as Do It Tennis wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. A member of the team (Micah) wouldn't even try to resolve the issue or help and bluntly told me that returns were not an option. I'm totally shocked!
