I have been looking for this product for 2 years now at a less expensive rate than other companies. When I googled your site and saw the cost I was very pleased. I appreciated the description, video, and reviews that were posted. The video, cost, and reviews are what sold me. I received my purchase a few days ago and am very pleased with it. It functions just as the video demonstrated and I have enjoyed it very much for the brief time I have had it. An excellent product for people looking for a backboard to practice on. There were a couple of hiccups: One of the silver stoppers on the poles, when the poles are inserted into each other, was not lined up correctly and had to be forced into the hole; but we did get it done. The second was the black net line that has to be weaved into the netting to mark the top of the net. The weaving was fine, but there is nothing to hold it into place. So, every time you hit the ball the net line "unweaves". A minor obstacle. I plan to stitch the ends on each side, so that this will not continue to happen. Otherwise, easy to put together and a great product.

Actually, I liked the site and the selection and the price was very competitive. However, I do not like the tennis racket that I ordered. I had used my daughter's Wilson Juice and liked it. This one feels very funny and I have no power with it. It may not be strung right. But I have only used it twice for a few games each time before I went back to my old racket. I have also used a new cheaper one that my husband bought. I think I wasted $149.

The item was received damaged due to improper/rough handling during shipment/delivery. The outside of the box was dirty and had a number of puncture holes on both sides. This caused scratches and nicks on the top of the seat as well as a 3-inch piece of plastic being broken off on the left backside of the seat back. Since the damage was cosmetic and did not alter the strength or functionality of a well-constructed and good-looking bench, I did not return the item to avoid the time and hassle of doing that.
