I founds exactly what I wanted very quickly.
It's my first time purchased. The delivery was a day late than it suppose to be. I order only one tennis racquet and they sent me the wrong grip size. I called and sent pictures to them and they handle it nicely. They sent me the return label, I printed and stick it on the box and went to the Fedex to drop it. I'm waiting for my refund. Hope it won't slow like the delivery. My personal opinion is if the first order didn't went well then don't try again.
To be honest I initially had some reservations about placing an order as I did find some negative reviews (although they were from several yrs ago). So I called the store to see if they had the racquet I wanted in stock. The lady who answered was very courteous and helpful. I placed my order on line & received an email almost immediately that they shipped it. I received my racquet in 2 business days (quicker than I expected). Oh...and their price was at least $20 cheaper than anywhere else I could find on-line. This will be my first stop if I need more tennis equipment.

Fast delivery - fair price
Delivery came fast bout 3-4 days. Quality is really good just as shown on pics. Plus they don't try to scam ppl into buying more by offering a 75$ minimum for free shipping but selling items that cost $74.99 n therefore won't qualify like other tennis websites do. This site is overall an A++
I had some questions and called. It was so refreshing when the person answering was not in some call center in Bangalore, but rather one of the owners of the company who is clearly passionate and very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. We had a great conversation and I learned a few things. What a refreshing experience in today world. I will buy my tennis products nowhere else from now on.

I feel I paid too much in shipping costs for the type of packaging used. A simple envelope does not cost $8 to ship. I would rather wait a week and save half the cost if possible.

I ordered an Adidas Bag, the price was good; however shipping seemed a little high. I had been tracking the package via the tracking number the day it was set to deliver I looked and it said not deliverable. I ended up going to the post office and come to find out do it tennis had not paid enough shipping on the order so I had to pay even more shipping in order to get my bag. The actual package was in good condition and a good value compared to other companies selling the same bag.
