Product was great, but the service was just terrible. I have had issues with both of the times I ordered off of this site. I will most likely not order from this site again; I frequently buy tennis gear for myself and players that I train. I think I'm just gonna continue using Midwest sports, which I've used for the past 5 years and never had a problem. Sorry to all the other customers that had any issues.

Usual good service; I'm a returning customer. However, the 2 rackets were supposed to be strung at 58 lbs; they were strung closer to 30 lbs, leaving me to have to have them restrung here.

I was very pleased with the quick processing and delivery (on time). The Deluxe Rebound Net arrived in perfect condition and the quality was beyond what I expected. I believe it is sturdy enough to use for 8 or 10 seasons, and it assembles/breaks down easily using only 4 bolts with wing nuts. The online video accurately represents the performance of the rebound net, of which I am very satisfied. I will likely buy another Deluxe Rebound Net through Do It Tennis this summer for my grand-daughter.
