Well what can i say, Dog Pawty provided the goods! I was very happy with my purchase, or rather 'freebie'. I actually first came in contact with Dog Pawty when i saw on Facebook that they were doing a promotion in which provided free light-up collars to the public. Useful for when walking your doggo at night. As i am one of these night-walkers i decided it would be great for my beautiful fur baby, and plus how could you go wrong! All i had to pay for was postage (which was like max $10). The collar is great, we use it all the time, quality of the collar is also really good which is a bonus since my pupper 'Miley' is constantly rolling on concrete, and the service was quite prompt which was surpising since Dog Pawty was so backlogged with orders at the time. Overall it was a fabulous experience and i have kept my eye out for similar bargains nearly every week since! THANKYOU DOG PAWTY!

I LOVED what I ordered from you them! I ordered the reflective LED-lit safety collar for my dog Peyton, and it has been so great! I love taking her for night time strolls and letting her run off leash a little ahead of me and before I would have to use the flashlight on my phone to see her. Shes a black lab so you can only imagine what that was like! It was impossible, and I was so frighetend the whole time but didnt want to restrict her to the leash because I know how much she loves to run around. The reflective LED-lit safety collars has made these walks AMAZING. She can run around and I know exactly where she is at all times. Also, it lets other people know who are walking that shes coming - weve received many compliments on her pink light up collar, haha all the kids love it! Thanks so much guys! Its been a huge help! Were obsessed.

I have ordered not 1 but 2 of the light up collars at this point from Dog Pawty. I loved mine so much I got one for my sister German Shepard as well. My dog Finn is sporting the orange one in this photo. What I love about this collar is that it gives me comfort in knowing that if my Vizsla, Finnegan, runs off in the woods or at night when he is off-leash I will still be able to see him and know where he is. Cars will also be able to see Finnegan and any dog wearing one of these collars so it makes dog walking at night a lot safer. I recently took Finn to the woods near my home and saw a hunter coming out of the woods. I was so happy Finn had this collar on because if another hunter was still in the woods he would clearly be able to easily identify my dog (who is much the same color as a deer) and not think he was a deer. I just love the idea of a light up collar. I love that they come in some pretty neat colors too. Finn has the orange and the red. I got the pink for my sisters dog. Thank you for making a collar that gives me more peace of mind when I am out with my dog off leash or at night. This collar is as versatile as my versatile Vizsla! I ordered my dog Lucy who is a 3 years old black chihuahua Min Pin Russell Terrier a pink glow in the dark collar. I ordered her this because she likes to go out and are back fenced in yard and doesn't like to come in and with her being black it's really hard to see her so I put the pink glow in the dark collar on her so I know exactly where she's at. I also use the collar on her when we go on our nightly walks. I ordered the color and it came in like a week and a half it came quick and they work great I will definitely be ordering more products soon.

I received two reflective LED-lit safety collars, one for my boarder collie and one for my blue heeler - they are fantastic! Never have to worry about loosing them in the dark off the lead in the park again! Also know when they're sneaking into the lounge room in the dark to steal from the human snacks mid-movie. And they made a fantastic Christmas present, as the flashing LED setting was particularly festive and went well with the Christmas lighting theme of the rest of the house's decorations. Great product, highly recommend this to anyone wanting to keep their dogs safe after dark - you'd protect your children with lights on their bike, why not your dog?

I ordered a dog collar on September 24,2017. The collar arrived broken. I contacted their customer service department and submitted a "ticket" on their website, (and included photos of the broken product and order number) several times but never received a response. Then I emailed the company directly explained the issue. I was ignored several times, and then on two separate occasions I was told that they would send a replacement in 12-18 days. So I waited each time but nothing came.
You are unable to leave a review on their facebook page so I left comments on their page under their posts, and they deleted my comments and marked them as spam so other customers can't see them. I have filed a report with Spotify and with the BBB but they can't issue a refund or replacement either (obviously) so I'm out of luck and out of my money.
I am not able to file a dispute with my Bank because it has been more than 60 days... again... if I wasn't told to wait almost 3 weeks each time, it wouldn't have been over 60 days.
This company is a total sham. Please don't waste your money! If you have any issues with the products, they WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR MONEY, even though their refund policy states that they will.
