My parcel came 3 days earlier than expected and my evening dress is stunning!

If I ever need another dress, here is where I am going to order it diydress.co.uk / it was perfect. Great experience.

Can't say enough good things about this site. I was very hesitant but I'm glad I took the risk and bought my dress from diydress. My dress got to me in 3 weeks and it fits perfectly. I can't wait to wear it for our event.

This dress company is a complete waste of money and time. I ordered a dress and made sure everything was the correct size and color and when I received it, it was not the color I ordered and too long. I emailed them about the issues and I made sure to read the return policy and it said that if the dress was the wrong color or wrong size I could return it. And so I told them that it was the wrong color and they said that they couldn't take it back because they wouldn't be able to resell it. So they took my $180 that I spent on that dress and are refusing to give me a refund and let me return it. When I sent them a picture as proof they said that my device makes it look like a differnt color when I clearly stated it was the wrong color. This is the worst company I've received a dress from and would not recommend anyone getting anything from here. Their return policy is a complete lie. And their services were awful. Please no one waste you time and money on this complete disgrace of a company.

My dress arrived today and it is absolutely stunning! I am getting married and have been looking for a dress that would be floor length and be light and sophisticated. I ordered this dress in white. The beading, lace and pearls are so intricately made with beautiful detail! Like most of you, I was so nervous to order online. I read every review and would go to order and then become nervous if the dress would be of good quality. I can't even begin to tell you how satisfied and amazed I am at the quality and beauty of this dress! The shipment and delivery of my dress I was able to monitor online through a tracking system provided by diydress. So impressed! Thank you diydress!

Ordered a custom made dress, shoes and a handbag in February, received it in March. Communication was great, they answer every question fast and simple, as it should be. I simply hate long pointless answers from online stores. The Dress fabric was as described, same applies to the colour. Style was as pictured. The dress needed some attention from the local dressmaker because I lost a few pounds in those 3 weeks. Very happy customer.

My fiancé and I spent hours combing the internet looking at dozens of websites for my wedding dress. Finally we chose diydress and now we are so happy. The dress arrived yesterday and I tried it on. It fit like a masterpiece. I love it so much, cant wait to wear on my big day. Thanks again for the entire experience.

My fiancee and I ordered dresses for our upcoming weddingand we were very satisfied with the results. Finding wedding dress can be a difficult task, especially over the internet. Once we saw the options and prices at DIY Dresses, we wondered if we would actually get what we ordered. A couple of weeks later when our gowns arrived we were elated! The quality of the stitching, the materials and the prices were all more than were were expecting! DIY Dresses did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, taste, and value!

Ordered 7 flower girl dresses, first 3 came and were perfect- exact match to image and correct size. Next 4 came however they loosely resemble the first ones, silver and light blue sequins rather than silver and navy, embroidery is black rather than navy, no beading to be found and embroidery is a rushed and simplistic design -different to the first ones.
My wedding dress was perfect and 3 flowergirl dresses were amazing shame other 4 don't match and now have to go buy 7 new ones- after spending almost £450 on the perfect design on this site.
My order has proved it's 50 / 50 chance of getting what you have paid for.
Currently being ignored by their after sales team after being told that they cannot see anything wrong or different between the 2 sets of dresses.
Since looking closer at their website the pics of their sales team have turned out to be photos they clearly found on Google ( found 2 of them to actually be semi-famous people and one comes up on many sites labeled picture of pretty blonde when I have reverse image searched them).
Suppose my fault for not properly looking into company before ordering from them, unfortunately I only started looking into them after I had placed 3 orders and put all hope on fact that I order things from China quite often over Ebay and have never had any problems.

I bought a dress for my daughters prom ordered it in Feb back end of March beginning of April it arrived suppose to be a standard uk size 12 no way as it didn't fit more like Eastern Asia size 12. Poorly made I emailed them I kept being fobbed off from * to * I ended up getting a refund from my bank after returning the dress in recorded delivery there is a site on Facebook please read the comments from unhappy customers that has been felt ripped off by this company the reds are made in China probably in a sweat shop

I am getting married abroad and wanted a beech wedding dress. I am not small a uk size 16-18. My 17 year old daughter found this dress for me. I already had one she didn't like it at all, so I thought I would order from sit dress as it wasn't too expensive. She also measured me. When the dress arrived I could not believe the quality in it, I went for one of the cheaper ones with postage it was just over 80 pounds a bargain. The fit and dress is perfect I absolutely love it. I will def be ordering from you again. Thankyou
