I was a bit sceptical at first! But I decided to go through with the unlock.
It did take a few days and I was a little concerned but direct unlocks message me to say O2 were taking to long and they would get the code from Samsung and that would take a bit longer.
I was kept updated well through the process.

Total Lies
The website is a total scam
They charge $24.95 for an "Exploratory Action" to find out if its even eligible.
They will tell you everyone is eligible and the unlock should take a couple hours at most. Usually instant.
LIES.
Then they hit you up for $54 dollars more.
Only to tell you that you gotta wait 19 days for an unlock!
Support chat, first reply within 30 minutes,
Then when they know are pissed! They now that 12 hours to respond, with the same canned answer.

Then they can't unlock the phone anyway!
And they issue you a credit only to spend on their website.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY QUICKLY

Go to DrSim they unlock phones for real.

These guys are killer use them whenever you need a phone unlocked guaranteed unless your $#*! is blacklisted then they will unlock it they will find a way they'll go around the carrier they'll go to the manufacturer they'll pull out all the stops for your money so you definitely get your money's worth please if you use insight these guys don't use any of these other fakers out there

The Simplicity!

What I liked the most about this online company and the services that they offer is the fact that someone like myself that owns a company of their own can understand my position where I would not have the time to find somebody local to do it for me that would take some time and running around which I do not have to spare. So a quick Google search for "Google frp bypass" and take a look at a couple different sites to come across DirectUnlocks I had to give it a try and for the price they offered it seemed to good to be true. So I go ahead and plug in all of my information and pay what they are asking and what do you know in less than 48 hours my Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 was bow available to be used the frp lock was gone! Capisco che potrebbe esserci un po' di confusione in merito ai pagamenti multipli. Tieni presente che ogni passaggio del processo di sblocco richiede un pagamento come descritto nella pagina di pagamento. Innanzitutto, controlliamo se il tuo telefono è idoneo per essere sbloccato, quindi procediamo a sbloccarlo. They run both Direct Unlocks & Express Unlocks.

A lot of their reviews are clearly fake.

The sales pitch is along the lines of 'a couple of clicks and can will unlock your phone'.

However when you try is a bit of a bait and switch from one screen to the next. On the next screen the fee only covers the 'eligibility checks' for $29, which is mandatory, and then in a much lighter grey font the smallprint says they'll charge you another $50 for the actual unlock if you are eligible to do it.

This has many issues over just the scammy design of the webpages:
1. The mandatory 'eligibility checks' are free on other websites
2. The 'eligibility checks' don't actually check if your phone can be unlocked. If there are payments outstanding on the contract for example, the phone passes the checks but fails the actual unlock.
3. They will try to keep your money for both the $29 and $50 if your phone fails to be unlocked, instead issuing a credit note.
4. If your phone is actually eligible to be unlocked, then it would have been free to do it directly with the carrier.

The funny part is that as soon as you pay the $29, you receive an automated email explaining the scam. So many customers complain that they save time by just instantly telling you your been had and that you need to cough up the extra $50. They highlight with a screenshot the fine print you missed.

The sickening part is their efforts to try and gaslight you into thinking that they are a legitimate service. They really are relentless in this regard.

I got my $50 refunded in the end by calling them out and demanding it else I would escalate it to numerous online fraud agencies. I'm happy to leave the $29 as a lesson to myself to be more careful of scam websites in future.
