A great company who can be trysted to deal you professionally and rapidly with explanations along the way when I needed clarification on anything. Having used another company previously to unlock a phone, I was expecting the process to take at least 72 hours and to be much more expensive. I couldn't believe how quick the whole process took.
From time of payment to the email acknowledging that the process was complete took no more than an hour and maybe even less, but I didn't check emails for some time. I was also very happy with the price as my previous attempt to do the same thing a couple of years ago cost me £75! I would highly recommend anyone using Direct Unlocks

AT&T kept spinning me on unlocking my iPhone that already paid off and met all the requirements to be able to receive a network unlock code. Thanks to Direct Unlocks I now have a phone I can use with any service provider!
I paid the initial fee for eligiblity (My phone was eligible) and then the 2nd payment for the unlocking fee on October 10th 2024. The status of my unlocking has been at 99% for over 4 months now and I am always the one initiating contact for a status. Directunlocks.com will respond with the same thing every time! They are exhausting all efforts and if they are unable to unlock my phone, they will refund my money. However, when is it determined that all efforts are exhausted? Who makes that decision? I've received no answers or updates at this point. It really seems like they just drag this process out so you give up and they keep your money.
They have now stopped allowing me to use the live support feature on their site. They are making it more difficult to contact them in the hopes that I give up and they can steal my money.
Do not use this company for unlocking services! SCAM!

What started as a $ 24.99 service, turned into a good news we can help if you pay the fee of $ 54. Then no service was rendered but we can't refund because that's not our policy. What a rip off! Keep that money, it'll bring you more for the year. SCAM
SCAM ALERT! This company is completely misleading and deceptive. Their website and marketing claim they will unlock your phone instantly for $24.99, but that's a total lie. After paying, you find out that the $24.99 was just to "check compatibility," not to actually unlock your phone. Then, they hit you with an additional $54 charge to proceed with unlocking, promising a 4-hour turnaround—sometimes up to 24 hours in "rare cases."
After paying the extra fee, their email states that unlock codes are "ready to be provided immediately." But after 10 hours, I contacted support, only to be told that their timeframes are based on "last week's performance" and are not guaranteed. Then, the real scam was revealed—they said it could take up to 19 DAYS to get my unlock code!
This company knowingly deceives customers, takes their money under false pretenses, and then hides behind fine print in their terms and conditions. I never would have used them if I had known their marketing was outright fraudulent. I've since filed a dispute with my bank for fraud. Stay far away from this scam!

Don't waste your time with this scammers, they just make you loss time and money, they are scamming people, they reviews on their site aren't real, they supposed to be from this site but but the real one.
The only way to get a refund is on a "Credit Note" to use in the site again so you can go from the same frustrating experience over and over
They ake you pay a " eligibility Check" to make sure they " can " unlock your phone, after pass the "eligibility Check" you have to pay around 54 dollars, i was so dumb to pay is been 16 days and nothing, OHH WAIT THEY OFFER A "CREDIT NOTE" REFUND" so you can go over this another time without getting you phone unlocked, the worst thing is they have your IMEI number now, if you try to get you money back with your Bank they ( Directunlocks) will Blacklist the IMEI so yoiu wont be able to use no where
And they have this site (sitejabber) giving them 4.7 out 5 witch is a lie
Hit or miss, but sometimes worth it. I have had a 30% success ratio with this service.
