The unlock process was ok. I had to oay extra money for a premium service so the total cost was around $80 instead of the $28 quoted when I put in the options.
So that was a little unexpected. Also after I payed the premium it took a week and a half to become unlocked. But it turned ok and it works good
First of all my iPhone is unlocked, that is great. I was charged 20 GBP first, after three days again 40GBP for premier service. Second time I was a bit hesitant to move forward; but I took a chance. Then finally after 4 more days it was unlocked.
I know I can see the progress in percentage, it would also be nice if I can see estimated days left, I mean if you guys do a lot of unlocks everyday you know how long it takes as per your data. And it would be better if they did the premium at the very first time, instead of two step process and the wait time.
But these suggestions apart, it was a great service.
I Submitted request to unlock Iphone6 Plus in normal which I was later asked to upgrade to premium service after 2 days. My phone was unlocked after 2 weeks of premium upgrade where as claimed SLA was 5-7 days. However my phone was unlocked so I am happy with the services provided.

I placed my order on unlock iPhone 6S+. After 15 days I got a mail from them that it requires premium service to unlock the phone which will charge additional money. I paid the additional charges and again startrd waiting. After 25 days of waiting finally my phone is unlocked. Their service is good but it needed 40 days to unlock my phone. The worst thing is I found no phone number to contact with them and the reply of my queries were not informative. All they asked to go to the FAQ page for any query. I expect better customer service.
Outcome was good; however, I had to upgrade after submitting my initial unlock request. Since these guys do 100s of unlocks per day, why not just tell everyone upfront you must go uber-premium to unlock USA AT&T, Verizon etc. (about $85 USD). In addition, I got the impression they could unlock the phone in 1-3 days, but even after upgrading, it took about 7-10 days. My trip was almost finished by the time my phone was unlocked. [Unfortunately I bought a crappy "burner" phone to cover my telecom needs in the EU]. So, bottom line, plan ahead for both upgrade and implementation delays of at least 2 weeks prior to international travel. Otherwise, I am very happy not to have to deal with USA carrier locks anymore.
