Scam alert, stay away
I submitted my code 38 days ago.
I was promised an unlock in a matter of hours. I was then asked for a second payment and to wait for 10 days.
Once those expired, I was refused a refund, and asked to wait for 30 days.
I have now exchanged more than 10 emails with an appalling customer service, who is refusing to refund, completely ignoring what I am writing and responding with automated messages.
Stay away, don't waste your money, use another service!
As of today, the phone is still locked, and I have lost more than 60GBP

This company is a scam DO NOT pay anything to them. I have been waiting for more then 1 month and nothing happened.
And when I asked for a refund they say my headset is not eligible, I asked why it isn't and got no answer.

This site is a scam they say $28 to unlock then they take you $28 and says to complete you need to pay $42 $#*!ing scammers and they wont refund

This company is a SCAM. They not only couldnt unlock my phone but decided to not refund me either. I have been emailing back and forth for weeks. I waited over two weeks initially for the simunlock. I was being understanding, as the company told me they were having issues. After two weeks I asked for my refund which the site clearly states it gives. They gave me "credit notes" which is states no where online at all they even do, and have refused to refund my money further. I ended up going with Mikellunlocks from ebay. It was ten dollars compared to this 50 bucks and it was done in a matter of minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GO TO EBAY MUCH EASIER AND SAFER!

They made me pay $28 firs, then $60 more, it has been more that a month and the service has not been delivered. I demanded a refund and to stop the service immediately and they don't answer. I know now that they have done this to several clients. I want to denounce them, don't buy from them, is a scam.

I paid $28 for an unlock. They took 7 days to tell me it was not possible. They want to charge me $195 for their "premium" package. Scammers, don't use!

Do not trust them. They initially quoted $28 for the unlock which was a fake check. Then they came back and asked $40+ for final unlock. And it was supposed to be done in 1 day. Now almost a week and still waiting to be unlocked.

I bought a iwatch that had activation locked payed $39. Now they want $49 more for there premium service. This is a total scam. I just contacted the apple support system and you get that for free. Everyone that states 5 stars are scammers too

I would like to write about the scammers directunlocks. On March 25,2021, I went to this site to unlock my iPhone 11 Pro 256 gb, imei **************. I paid 2 amounts of $ 36 and $ 28, I received a link to my email to track the unlocking of my iPhone. After more than a month, the phone is still not unlocked, they refuse to make a refund! These are the real scammers! Do not contact them, you will lose money, time and nerves!

Tried using them twice, 1st time the phone couldn't be unlocked so I received a credit note - no refund. The 2nd time, I applied the credit note to the 1st part of their process to perform the eligibility check, and was then asked to make a final payment I did & then they asked for an additional payment, which doesn't make sense since I already paid twice and was told my 2nd payment was going to release the codes. Now I have to go to the bank to deal with these SCAMMERS! Furthermore, they sent me multiple order #s. I cannot!

We thought after reading all the reviews this was a legit company! Save your time and money and go elsewhere! It took a month for them to tell us this wasn't going to work. We had to contact them every week just for us to hear something, and even then it was very short and curt saying "We will contact you when we hear something"! No other explanation. Then when they said it wasn't going to work, you DON'T get reimbursed! You get 1/3 of your cost back in a service credit from them to try again on another phone! Why would I want to do that when they have no business being in the customer service industry to begin with! $50 down the drain with them... NEVER AGAIN!

Do not use this company, terrible hidden fees. They won't give refunds, avoid at all costs. No stars.

So when they ask to make the final payment, i tried paying twice and got charged twice and still the bar was at 50%, i waited for my phone to be unlocked and it was stuck at 99% for a week now. I dont know what to do as the website does not provide any help. As far as im concerned this site is a scam

It is Fake. I pay money and nothing. No answer email. The service is very bad. Take money and bye bye

Awful. Do not use! Is a scam. Refuses to refund money after 6 weeks! NO unlock. FRAUD. DO NOT USE!

I told a friend to use this company and low and behold what a bunch of scammers, listing the payment process as pre-payment does not indicate you have to pay another chunk of money, I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company ever, over 50 pounds to unlock an old iphone and they use a dodgy credit company that offers no support whatsoever, please please do not use this company. Major mistake.

Please do not get DECEIVED by these shoddy and shady people. BE WARNED... unless you want to throw away money just for the sake of it.
