Hi Everyone, please do not become a victim like me, these people create different accounts and review themselves!

They will take your money ($168), not unlock, and then send you bot emails for every inquiry about a refund. There is no way to call them or get remuneration. Total scam!

They don't clearly say that you have to pay a fee to check if the phone/device is eligible or not. After that if it "passes" they charge you another fee to unlock it and sometimes (this was my case) it takes ages to actually get a response from them and they didn't unlock my phone. They keep sending the same emails that everyone is getting and they won't refund the money. Don't use this service. Try other alternatives, but whatever you do, if you pay them you will not get your device unlocked.

I purchased an unlock from this company which estimated delivery in 6 days, it is now 68 days with no delivery. I have been trying to reach them many times, i only get same automated response every time. I requested refund As per their refund policy, i only get automated response. After several attempts to get a status of my purchase, they dont even reply with automated response anymore. Once they receive payment, don't expect much from them. Not fair at all!

Don't purchase! They are a bunch of liars.
They offer the service for £19.99 (but that's without VAT) and AFTER making the payment, they ask you for another payment of £32.90 (+VAT), saying that the first one was to run 'some checks' (=lie).
Why would anyone pay more than £63 for a service that you can get for £15? They know that, and that's the reason why they don't tell you the total cost until you've made the 1st payment.
They are just trying to take advantage of people. Shame on you!

Its waste of money they will keep tellling will take few more days and not happening and we cant cancel the transaction with crad issues as they will extend this till that period ends.

They don't unlock phones. They just take money. You required to make a "final" payment which is declined. Then they make off with your funds.

They do not unlock phones. They do not even honor their own refund policy. Been 45 days since I made payment to unlock. Has not been denied and they will not cancel and refund like their policy states they can. Customer service is only an automated email stating basics that you can read on their site. No real people to help! If you like giving away money for nothing in return, then this is the perfect site for you!

These people are very deceptive with their charges. You would do well to avoid using this service. They arecrooks

Ordered what I thought was an unlock code. Turns out in the fine print I was only buying a 'preorder' for a code. They then have the cheek to demand MORE money for the code. AVOID and just go to the eBay sellers instead.

Customer service is terrible. They reply with obvious template messages and don't read what you send them. They refused my refund so I will be initiating a chargeback with my bank.

UPDATE: According to their payment provider, Nochex, they have to pay a fee if a chargeback is initiated from your bank. EVERYBODY SHOULD DO THIS. Make them pay & get your refund. Win-win.

"WARNING" please stay away from this guys. They requested first payment of $28 to unlock my phone which I paid. They came back again to say my phone is top of the range and they requested additional $42 with guaranteed to unlock my phone and no further payments. I paid that too. Finally I got an email from them saying unfortunately they are not able to unlock it and they provided me with $50
Credit note. Where would I use that credit note on their site. Stay away guys it's a scam scam scam…….

They will charge once to check the eligibility of unlock of your phone, followed by another request to pay for the final settlement to unlock. Once they find they cannot unlock, they will register your phones as stolen in illegitimate website and speak to you like they cannot deliver their service because your phone is stolen. If you dig further and check other legitimate websites, of course your phone is not stolen, and when you get back to them with those evidences, they will say something else not to refund...
Their tactic is to collect small amount of money like 30 to 50 dollars from many online users. Coz that amount of money and the payment method are not something you can claim from third party investigators or banks.
I would very much like to say, their service is sophisticated scam - they need to use their head for something more valuable to make money properly.: s

Very unpleasant experience, especially the way they respond to the innocent users not to refund -,.-;;;

Find the original vendors to have your phones unlock and find more reliable and trustworthy service providers if you have to use other than the original device vendors.

They advertise that they can unlock your phone. But when they can't they will not contact you back, and keep your money.

They give you a low price and no notice that is for a "verification" then they charge almost double the first charge. This should be optional and they don't tell you until is too late, then they have a policy of no return for the verification charge. This is a scam.

Ordered an unlock code for a Huawei, went through to payment, after seeing that the phone was eligible for unlock, made initial payment, and was told they wanted another $28 to unlock the phone... so a total of $56... FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - CRAP COMPANY - DO NOT DEAL WITH / TRUST...
They do not respond to emails either - automated response - just take your money and run...
A reputable company would use PayPal to take payment - that way a refund if necessary is a much simpler process

I have a very bad experience with this company, I've tried to unlock my phone through their website last November they couldn't unlock it, I requested a refund they gave me a credit that I can use only on their website, I used that credit To unlock the same phone after 6 months, it's been almost two months from now, still waiting, the timeframe shows 10 days didn't change in around a month, I requested a refund the second time (In their policy they said you can request a refund if they don't deliver the unlock in more than 30 days) but this time they didn't want to give me the refund, I paid around 90$ for the unlock ( at first it shows 29$ and then they ask for second payment to complete the unlock), they just tell you to wait, My friend called the carrier and unlocked it in 24 ( we bought the same phone together locked to the same carrier)
