So, at this rate i have to wait for more than 219 more dais (7.3 more months) to get my phone unlocked and it most probably it never happens; I beleve i"ll never get my phone unlocked. Bad poor service.- I already paid to you, as per your requests £35 + £23.99= £58.99, see 2 pasted "TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION'. I hope you do not need more money from me. My phone continues locked. Throug my bank i enrtered a claim and alrredy got the reimbursement of my payments, in one week.

I have been waiting for about 3 months to get my phone unlocked from this website and every time I try to contact them, they send me an automated email ignoring my request for a refund. The website promises to unlock your phone within 10 business days, it's been about 3 months. They take your money and longer with their automated emails clearly showing that they are never gonna take a responsibility for the failure to u lock and refund for the unsuccessful service. This is a shady SCAM website and need to be reported to the authorities!

They lead you on however many times you let them with no results. Initially they lead you to believe they're going to unlock your phone within a couple of days so you make the payment and they tell you it's only 99%, so you want another the final payment so you give him another payment then they ask for another payment after that they're liars and scammers that's it

This site is proving to be a scam. I purchased an unlock for my hotspot 36 days later absolutely nothing. Save your money and go somewhere else

Curry scammers u can smell them, I think it's time to introduce payment processors with an auto call back of 30 days

You pay several time as shell condition are ambigous. After, you will never received your unlock code. You will discover that refurbishiing is not possible. Of courses, all your message will stay without any reply. But you will have the great satisfaction to give your money to robbers.

Its been a month it's still haven't been unlock. It still say 99% and if you do email they say the same thing. DONT DO IT. I WISH I CAN REPORT THEM AND GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY DONT DESERVE NO STARS

I am emailing for my refund and nothing can't believe this bul### I'm mad gonna report get my money o buy for there service and then ask me to pay 30 more $ they didn't say at first

I wanted to unlock my phone before going on vacation where my sims card would not work. I had another sim and just needed to unlock my phone. Paid for this service, was charged an additional fee to not have my phone unlocked. My own carrier was able to unlock because the time came. Purchased this on 6/17 and it is still imminent. Contacted the company multiple times to get the same automatic response. Tried to dispute the charge through the bank but couldn't get refunded for this garbage because my OWN service was able to unlock my phone. Now I'm out $60 then was ended up being a free service..

Don't do anything with this company! They'll rip you off your money and when you try getting your money back, no response to your queries regarding your payment or anything!
They are not what they say they are and they are nothing but scammers ripping people off their hard earned money. DONT DO ANYTHING/BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

On July 1 I paid 49.99 euros to unlock my cell phone, 25 days have passed and they have not unlocked it and they do not refund the money either, I feel robbed, it seems like a fraud since the *******@directunlocks address does not give an answer, they always return the same email saying that I have to wait 10 business days and that time was already met 20 days ago, they don't refund the money either, I feel robbed

First they ask you to pay $24.00 (19.99pd) to check your phone status, you can do it by yourself, a lot of free website you can check your phone without charge (clean, blacklist, pay off...), second they ask you to pay anther fee (35pd) to unlock your phone and their refund policy still have stated:
"Refunds will NOT be given in the following cases You ordered an unlock from a network and didn't meet the critiera which are clearly explained before purchase, meaning an additional sum was required and you refused to pay the additional sum. We cannot refund the original payment in such cases as we have still incurred the cost.
You placed an unlocking order with the wrong network / carrier (If you are not sure about what network/carrier your iPhone is locked to, please use our iPhone carrier checker first) Your IMEI is blocked / blacklisted / stolen / lost.
Your IMEI is delayed".
To me this does not make sense since they charge you 19.99 to check your phone, so they should know your phone on blacklist or not why they still have their policy to protect them, this one total scam.

No body check my email and reply it just auto reply system with the same sheet

Direct unlocks will take your money, not have your smartphone unlocked.
1st of all they will charge you 2 payments then the 2nd payment will be more than the 1st.
After a few days it will say your order is 99 % complete.
I emailed them a few more times but no more responses back.
They are not going to get away with this I promise you.
I already contacted my credit company, filed a complaint with fraud.
I have no problems paying the charges to have my phone unlocked but this is a scam.
Definitely would not recommend or please don't send Direct Unlocks any money.

This company is absolutely horrible. It has now been 3 weeks and my sons phone is still not unlocked. I have reached out to them numerous times and they have not got back with me. I hardly leave reviews. They also don't tell you that the first charge is not the only charge. In total I have spent $50 to unlock this phone that has NOT been unlocked and they will not refund me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Avoid it go and grow your crypto in www.venis-trades.com they pay 7% to 25% profit on a daily basis.

This place says what it needs to say to get your money. I was foolish enough to believe the email I received from them. Lesson learned. To anyone else wanting to use them, do so at your own risk.

I paid them the full price, in 2 increments, amounting to approx. $68. After their estimated time of 2 days, the progress was noted at 99% and "IMMINENT" for time remaining. My emails have gone unanswered, and it is now 4 full days. An absolute scam, and they are located in England, I'm sure, to avoid any US lawsuits.

It's a scam, once they take your money they give weak excuses, stay away... I'd honestly recommend other guys, not these pathetic whimps
