Purchased a unlock over a month ago and I'm still waiting. Every time I ask for a refund I get no reply

Complete rip off please avoid. They charge you 12 quid then 24 quid then they can't do your phone so give you credit for them.

This actually worked! I'm surprised I was looking thru the bad reviews hoping it was not a scam and it wasn't! Make sure you no you do have to pay 2 separate fees of 32$ make sure the device is paid off and you have the correct imei number and it will work thank you

Direct unlocks is the worst company in the world they are scammers they take your money tell you That they can unlock it then 15 days later they say they can't unlock it and then they keep your money don't give you a refund they give you site credit to use on something else and you probably won't ever use it. It's a scam there's scammers all they want to do is take your money and not give it back do not use that company

The normal rate to unlock phones is around 30$, those guys charge this amount only for checking if my device is elligable to be unlocked, and want another 35$ after that to unlock it.
Pay attention, better go to other provider who make tho whole service for 30$

Stay well clear of these bunch of thieves, they took my money could not unlock my phone after 7 days of them trying even though on their website it says it would take between 0 and 22 hours and if they couldn't unlock my phone I would be entitled to a refund. They pawned me off with a credit note when I emailed them asking for a refund not a credit note they refused to answer me. Bunch of thieves.

Directunlocks stole 49.99 euros, 5 months ago I paid to unlock my cell phone, they stole my money, they do not refund the money, I know of many similar cases, directunlocks is not reliable, directunlocks is a scam

You pay 23.99 then you have to pay another 35.00 and it takes 1-10 days its not instant. BUNCH OF THEIVES. AVOID THIS COMPANY

This site charges you twice as much as advertised only to then tell you your service will be complete within 10 business days! WTH? What is the point of doing something quickly online, if in the end having to wait 2 weeks?

Charges an "initial" fee just to check to see if they can unlock your phone. Though the first button you press clearly says "unlock now". Then, they email you an hour later asking for more than you already paid ($28 paid, then they wanted $41 more). Also refused a refund so I did chargeback with my CC company. Avoid these scammers.

After I paid the full price more than a week ago, still waiting for the solution. I cannot reach real customer service! Already written a couple of emails but only the same pre-written auto-reply (See pic below) I've received. No telephone number is available for assistance, no chat box is available, and there is no chance to reach them at all.
There are other trustful unlocking services are available on the market with real customer service and faster service time! If you don't want to risk your money and need quick service AVOID DIRECT UNLOCKS! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I started my unlock in July. It is now November and it is still not unlocked. I have made multiple attempts to see what the problem is, how I can help, and if possible, a refund. Per their policy, if they are unable to unlock the device, under certain circumstances, I am eligible for a refund. I have received nothing but an automated responses on all of my attempts to reach them.

They should be ashamed. I've done this in the past many times for less than $19.99 USD!
These criminals advertise that they'll unlock your phone for £23.99. Had me take a photo of me holding the payment debit card to "make the transaction secure" Then the next morning I wake up to find an email telling me they'll now release my unlock code for another £30.00+ payment!? I just don't get how these people live with themselves. Anyway don't waste your money with these charlatans!

Forty eight hours my foot. Two months later and it still says 99%. Come on now they get the money and run. I've emailed the and Luke responded. Emailed again no response. Emailed a third time and you guessed it, no response. Not even a scripted we'll get back to you. NOTHING! Too many countries involved. Think I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint.

Buyer beware. Directunlocks charges $77 to unlock your phone. May as well just buy use this to buy another phone that is already unlocked or find a different service.
