I have ordered several different books. They are all colorful and provide a personal story that is fun for the grandkids!
I ordered a bunch of custom name story books for my students in China. The books arrived and are lovely, exactly what I expected, and professional quality. But, my package got lost when I sent the books to China. Their customer service was extraordinary when I called to ask for help reordering everything. These stick on great, but the words and picture all came off the first time I washed them. I put them on the top rack and did not use high heat as the directions said.
Update: They sent me a new set and these have been amazing so far! I think it was just a faulty set the first time.
