LaQuita is awesome. I can't say that I like the way you set up your books. The information is poor and not very clear. I must have spent 20+ hours trying to make my book and have it sent for printing. I had sever people on chat that tried hard to help with no avail. Finally I received a call back from LaQuita who had sent me a detailed account of how to proceed. Less than half an hour later I completed my book, had it saved and in my cart and ready to be printed and mailed. The girls on chat all were nice and tried to help but in all honesty, I must say that LaQuita rocked it. I swore that I would never use Dinkleboo again but La Quita has made me change my mind.

I ordered 3 personalized Christmas stockings, but only received 2. They said because of the one I ordered for my son was out of stock! They should have contacted me and I wouldn't mind changing to a different style. And they can only refund me $3.99 instead of $39.99 because I used Groupon voucher! I also got charged for handling fees when I picked up the package from the postal office, which shouldn't be charged! WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN!

I ordered The Red Shoes book for my granddaughter for Christmas. Its now her favourite book. I had Dinkleboo put Daddy in the book for buying the shoes. She kept asking her daddy where in the house the red shoes were. From her point of view, she really thought he bought her a pair. So of course, grandma and grandpa bought her a pair. Lol

I ordered a personalised Christmas book at the start of November, still waiting for it to arrive. I contacted the website and they said they sent me out another one a few weeks before Christmas, and I still haven't received neither of the 2. I'm very disappointed...

This was my second order with this company as I was thrilled with the quality of the first order, fabulous personalized Christmas ornaments. I ordered four personalized Christmas books for my four grand children in plenty of time. Was told the books had been delivered but my son said they didn't come. After several emails with the company and a few calls to post offices, we figured out I had the wrong address and the books fell off the radar for a while, but the company kept me informed every step of the way.
Eventually, the books were returned to the company, re-addressed and sent out again! The correspondence went back and forth at least 12 times! Now that's GREAT service. So glad to report that the books arrived, and were given as "after Christmas" presents.

I had purchased a voucher online for Valentines Teddy and wouldnt work contacted CS via live chat and wasnt very helpful at all. So I contacted the company I had purchased the voucher from and got a refund and in the mean time I had also sent an email to Dinkleboo about the experience I had and the agent I was dealing with LaQuita M had resolved my issues and accommodated me with different resolutions which I was happy about! I should have researched this company first before ordering anything from them, but I thought because they have a deal on Groupon they must be legit right? WRONG! I ordered a personalized Christmas book for my nephew on 12/15/17. I received an email on the 18th stating it had been completed and to expect it within 5-14 business days. No big deal, well it's now 01/03/18 and I am still waiting for my book! They used DHL yo deliver the book. Which from past reviews they have lost books for them. So my book left Arizona on the 18th, ended up in my city in the 23rd, and was then sent to a completely different city on the 28th? And it's just sitting there. This company is a joke and I will never order from them again and I sure will not recommend them to anyone else. Groupon should be notified that this company is awful!

Bought 2 books each for two great nieces & a great nephew. Paired with a stuffed animal that complimented the stories they were the perfect Christmas presents. I still have a personalized Christmas book from 1973 and think they will keep these forever too!

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
