Yesterday I ordered 3 books from this company and when I received an e-mail confirming the order I noticed I had a typo in one of the names. I called the company and reached a lovely person named LaQuita and she quickly found my order and corrected MY mistake. She did not have to do this as it was my responsibility to make sure everything was correct before submitting the order but she did and was very pleasant about it. Dinkleboo is amazing. Not only are their personalized story books beautifully written and illustration and a hit with my 4 yr old granddaughter but their customer service is extraordinary. The shipping address was incorrect on a book I just ordered for Christmas. After calling and speaking with LaQuita, she processed a replacement book at no charge so my granddaughter would have it by Christmas. Thank you so much!

I have purchased from dinkleboo on numerous occasions and the quality of the product is very good. On two occasions one of the products was slightly damaged and a replacement was sent out immediately. The customer service team in particular LaQuita were very responsive.

Last holiday season I found Dinkleboo on facebook and took a chance at getting personalized books for 6 of my grandkids. They loved them. Rather than buy candy for Halloween this year 3 of them got books. I returned again because of the quality and the quick delivery. I have to say the Unicorn book this year was my all time favorite. All the kids loved it but especially my little grand who loves unicorns and her little sister loved that she was the unicorn that got hurt. It made her feel special too. I would definitely recommend this company for quality, value and delivery.

This is a scam! Do not order anything from them. I ordered 5 personalized books and right as I put in my credit card info I got an error message stating that my order had not been completed! I (as you normally would) tried a second time and it actually went through. But now I have two charges on my credit card and when I called the rep she was rude as hell and told me too bad. However she understood exactly what happened with the website. Apparently because I did not create an account it gave an error message which according to her tends to happen! HOWEVER no where on your site does it warn people of this but you know it happens and now you tell me I have no choice but to keep the second order! THE PURCHASES WERE MADE 3 MINUTES APART! Why would someone order two of the exact same personalized book? And your customer service is horrible.

The first book I ordered from Dinkleboo was for my 2-year-old niece. I had it shipped directly to my niece. She was so thrilled with her new book with HER name on the cover that she would not let anyone touch it or read it to her.
At nap time, her new book joined her in bed. It was only then that her Mom got to read it. She let me know that it was a beautiful, well-made book and worth the price. Since then I have bought 10 more books for gifts. Getting ready to order even more. Wonderful gifts. Love Dinkleboo!

They advertise the books for $9.99 but once you start ordering all the "extra" fees come into play that were never mentioned. $7.00 extrs for a hard cover... really? Are children's books not supposed to be hard covered? I know if I go into a book store in the children's section the books are all hard covered but here they want to charge you extra for it. Then we move onto the "half off" code, Which isn't even really a discount at all because if I use the code my book price jumps from$9.99 to $39.99 so if you do the math there is no half off, the price actually goes up. I'm just not impressed with the schemes to trick us into ordering thier books

As for the $9.99 Storybook Offer; that will most likely be for the soft cover book, but I'm happy to look and see if there was also a discount being offered for the hard cover book. Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
