Its a scam

I never received product and the email contact that they give on their website was is not valid. I have started a claim with my bank in an attempt to recover the funds but I would recommend not doing business with them

Horrible experience! Their site has fake reviews and they use a fake customer representative. They mailed me defective items and wouldn't keep there word on exchanging or refunding. Please don't use them! They don't care about the consumer! Use platforms like amazon or ebay because there will be mediators for issues such as this.

Package Lost

I ordered an iphone7 LCD screen replacement toolkit and an iphone7 glass protector screen i chose the expedited shipment and supposedly according to the USPS tracking link it was supposed to arrive monday i checked my mailbox it wasn't there then the next two days later i checked and my package still wasn't there. I contact customer service through e-mail and the only thing they could tell me is that my family or my neighbors took it and honestly i do not know anybody in my neighborhood that would take things and my family would have gave me my package but i know they have something to do with my package being lost this is poor customer service and i know they won't issue me a refund or replacement from my original order. You're better off paying $99 from a professional at an ifix store it's expensive but better to do that than ordering from this website. This will be the final time i get anything from this website even if the prices are cheap.

Don't deal with Digital Supply USA. If your order gets messed up, they won't help you out. I ordered a battery for my Samsung Galaxy Cell Phone. I wanted 21 days for the product to arrive. They provided a link to USPS showing that the product was delivered the day before. The problem is, nothing was relieved. I contacted Digital Supply USA customer support and their reply was "Tracking shows the order has delivered to the requested address. Therefore they will not allow us to file a claim" They offered a $5 coupon and free shipping.
I'm not willing to pay for the product again and wait another 21 days for deliver.

I placed an order on Sep 29 which was continually back ordered and DS USA could provide no ETA for the product. I found out about the back order only because I followed up after a couple of weeks. Then I repeatedly followed up for status and usually after a few days got a reply the item was still out of stock with no ETA. During the back order period I received numerous emails asking me to rate my purchase, asking how the item was working and letting me know there were only a few more in stock. The site showed the item was still in stock. I pointed all that out in a few of my follow ups but got only excuses. Finally on Nov 25 I cancelled the order and the next day received another email that the item was in stock. SERIOUSLY? I reordered and after a couple of day's followed up and was told it was en route. I followed up today again because the DS USA site showed the order was still in process but should have shipped if it was "en route". Today I was told what was meant by en route was that the order had been sent to the warehouse for processing. In no world is that "en route". Now because the order won't arrive in time for my need I'm told I'll need to pay to ship it back. The WORST experience, although since ordering from this company I have found numerous bad comments on Reddit and elsewhere so clearly the high rating on the DS USA site is because they must remove bad reviews.

Horrid Experience
October 15, 2019

I placed an order on 09SEP19 and expected regular updates (since I clicked on their "Keep me informed" button that was supposed to text me updates). By 07OCT19, I decided to send a quick message to customer service to find out some sort of status (since I didn't receive ANY type of update, much less know if they even received the order). The response (from "Tracy") was, "The system shows that the item shipped out successfully but you should have received it by now. It may be lost in transit. I have dispatched a replacement to you. It should arrive soon." No kidding (that was a cut and paste of the original message sent to me. They had NO tracking number. There was NO follow-up with me, and then the galling response of "It should arrive soon." When I asked for a specific day it would arrive and a tracking number, my message was ignored. ONLY after filing a grievance PayPal did I get a USPS tracking number and anticipated delivery date (BTW - After they received the notice from PayPal, it took only TWO days to get my order - things that make you go, hmmmmm). It doesn't stop there... I placed another order (not by choice, but forced to use their site) and sent a message to customer service the next day to ask the status of the order (in case it "got lost" again) with three questions:

"1 - Is order #******* in your system?
2 - What is the expected time to ship it from your facility?
3 - What is the tracking number and when will you send me this information?"

I just got their response less than an hour ago and here it is:

"Hi! Due to your high expectations and the feedback you previously gave us I have canceled the order and issued a full refund. This will give you the freedom to find another supplier that is a better fit for you. Thank you!" No kidding! Another cut and paste from their message.

I don't recommend doing ANY sort of business with these people. Apparently, asking for tracking information, keeping a client informed and providing good customer service is too much like work for them. I placed an order with a different company and was IMMEDIATELY given an order status and tracking number. I'll NEVER go back to these people again.

If it were possible, I wouldn't leave them ANY stars - THAT'S how bad they are.

Poor customer service
September 13, 2019

Purchase the wrong item. Asked for a refund. Was instructed to send the item back on my dime. Did so and got the confirmation that they received it but didn't hear back for a week and a half. When I contacted them, they claim that I have to contact their payment processor Paypal to workout the refund myself. Paypal says the company should be doing this not I.

They sell poor quality products, then returns are a hassle. Their returns policy page repeatedly talks about lifetime warranty and no-hassle returns.

Their lifetime warranty only applies to screen replacements BEFORE you OPEN the box, which is insane. Basically if it breaks on your shelf they'll cover it.

It states they'll send you a return shipping label, this was not the case for me. I paid $14 to ship a screen back to them.

They refund based on the current price of the item OR the purchase price, whichever is LOWER. Insane shady business practice that they're probably making a ton off of because people keep returning their garbage products.

I had to reach out after my broken item was delivered to get a refund, then it was less than what I paid. If my refund would have been processed when they got it, it would have been more. Also they refuse to refund the shipping cost to me.

I will be filing a claim and trashing the reputation of this site as best I can. They are criminals taking advantage of people.

Ordered a screen replacement kit for my iphone, Didn't need it. Sent is back. Refund didn't show up. Had to contact them to get it. Then when it did post to my account, It was short $10. Beware! They advertise 100% refund, no restock fees etc. NOT TRUE. Never deal with again. If I would not have contacted them. I would not have even gotten a portion of my refund back.

I didnt receive my package, instead it was returned to sender. They wont respons on my mails, i have paid for expedited shipping but after 1 month still nothing. For me a very bad experience, i think they are a scam or they dont know how to run a legit business. I try to get my money back trough paypal now because of no responsfrom seller. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere, you are better off then...

Avoid at all costs

Like others, I was promised a discount with email address. It only got worse from there. I ordered a screen for my iPhone and after waiting a week I contacted them for a tracking number. They couldn't/wouldn't provide one even though a USPS tracking number was clearly on the box when it arrived nearly 2 weeks after ordering. Upon installation, the home button was unresponsive, swapping back out with the old screen verified that their product was defective and not the phone itself. I was told I would not only have to pay for return shipping but I would have to wait up to 9 business days AFTER they received their defective screen for them to send out a new one. Get this: they require a tracking number from me for the return. At that point I purchased a screen from repairpartsplus.com and had it installed within 48 of ordering. I opted for a refund instead of a replacement from digital supply after being disgusted by their business model and lack of customer service. Now, they've only refunded $30 of the $35 purchase price and I've had to file a claim with PayPal for the remainder. I'm sure they'll claim a restocking fee, but restocking a defective part is inherently fraudulent. F digital supply with a rusty pitchfork, avoid like the plague.

Very satisfied with product, yet however when I paid for the expedited 5 to 8 day shipping... They did not recognize and sent it on the slow boat instead... It took over a month to get here

The screen was great. The shipping was not. Standard shipping takes weeks so paid for the expedite shipping 1-5 days. Paid for it on 6-19 says the expedited shipping comes with shipping updates never got any updates I asked about that in a email around 9pm on 6-26,6-27 at 7am they sent a tracking number. I recieved the screen on 6-28.

Good product, never gave me shipping updates until I asked but they replied FAST.
Shipping was slow- MAY NOT OF BEEN DUE TO THEM- I dont know.

Was leery to get after market screen but it worked perfectly! My only issue was the instruction video emailed to me was for a complete tear down of phone. You do not need to remove battery or back camera to install this screen.

This company is the WORST to deal with, from their F rating from the Better Business Bureau due to a pattern of complaints to the fake reviews they post everywhere. Buyer beware! I made an order and they didn't refund my money.

You can't beat the Prices, Return Policy, Shipping, or Customer Service. I wanted to know if they ship to Canada and Tracy in customer service said they only ship with in the USA.

Like thousands of other customers, I was ripped off by Digital Supply USA. This is a shell Chinese company engaging in false advertising and selling garbage to American customers. When the customer complains, this seller says you have to pay to ship the junk back. Then they disappear. They sold me what was supposed to be a brand new Samsung battery and installation kit. This photo shows you what they sent. I have sent their name to the Consumer Protection Agency, filed a formal complaint with PayPal and my bank, but more people need to stand up and not allow this company to get away with ripping off honest people!

Pre-opened, twisted and damaged fake samsung battery that should have arrived sealed in non-static packaging with tool kit.
