After several days of charging and recharging the battery now last all day. You need to charge it every day but I guess that's normal for a smartphone.
Junk China battery. My 5 year old Samsung battery lasted all day. This new battery dies in about 8 hours. Going to reinstall old battery.
After spending $300 on a replacement screen, and receiving the wrong coloured frame with the screen, not only did they refuse to send me a correct replacement screen, but I had to make a huge he stink for over a week before they would even give me a return label to send it back like their website claims they do! They REFUSE to send me the correct order! I won't rest until everyone knows about this crappy company! Every person who gave this place 5 stars I believe are lying for the company! I'm appalled!
I have ordered twice from this company in the past two months. After each order, in which I used different credit cards, information from both cards was used fraudulently afterwards. I was seriously inconvenienced as a result of having to cancel my bank card while traveling. Currently, some POS is using the latest Credit Card Information to order from TACO BEUNO. This company has rats in its works and I will never order again from them. The 1st attempt was over $700 at Home Depot (online). The 2nd attempt has put $50 on hold on the second card. I am currently trying to reverse this charge.
Bought broken iphone screen they blame me that I damaged the screen becaerful very professional thieves.
Bought a Galaxy S9+ frame LCD with expedited shipping (+~$17) on Sunday night, and it shipped Monday evening. USPS took about a week, and I'm assuming the transit was solely on USPS to improve.
Device ("Premium Refurbished") LCD cable socket was seemingly bent or otherwise not giving that light "click" to know a connection was made.
Only after this did I read their return policy - and it is murky. Orders after 5/29/19 are apparently subject to different return policy than those before 5/29/19.
"Only unused items in their original packaging may be returned to digitalsupplyusa.com. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an item. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt, we highly recommend you test the item before installing it."
How can it be tested without handling it (ie with a phone)? I'm sure it's a common policy, but the site layout confuses me.
This company will take your money and if you want a refund will accept and give you return instructions but what they wont do is refund your money they will ghost you and you will be out your money and the product that they will probably just sale again.
This business cheating people!
I ordered a note 8 lcd screen replacement. On their website there was samsung service pack photo and it was saying oem quality. It came with unbranded box with a Chinese product. Touch screen was terrible and had dead spots and sort of stains.
Now I've been waiting for a month to get my money back but they just don't refund it... they also show only 5 star reviews on their website... i can't believe this!
I ordered a replacement screen and back glass, 4 days and no shipment. I then ask to cancel the order and the charged me a $17 Fee. Their site says no restock fee:

They didn't even ship the product but charge a fee? B. S.!
I am going to file a claim with Paypal for the fee.
Never going to use this place again.
If you order from this website expect horrible customer service. I ordered a screen from this website and they forgot to ship it to me. I emailed them a month and a half later asking if they forgot to send my screen and if so to just refund me. Instead they ship me out a new screen which I recieve a couple weeks later... so I recieve a screen more than two months later after ordering, i ask for a return shipping label so I can send it back since this is there fault in which they reply I have to provide all that...
Awesome Battery that do exactly as they are supposed to. Which is the best you can get with repair parts.

I order something and return back to them because it was not the right thing and I return it back to them. They did not give me my full refund and not to mention of refunding the extra 8 i paid for shipping Just a lame excuse. Don't order for them
Refused to cancel order minutes after I placed it. Then refused to refund my payment a month after I returned the screen. Very shady business.
DS USA mistakenly sent the INCORRECT part and Tracy (of DS USA) LIED about refunding our return shipping costs for DS USA's MISTAKE. DS USA also was LATE in shipping (the WRONG part) and was LATE in refunding the cost of the WRONG part. DS USA did not provide shipping updates. DS USA did not refund to ship the wrong part back. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
Timeline:
2020/02/14 Ordered phone screen+frame.
2020/03/03 Item still has not arrived. DS USA website is not providing shipping updates.
2020/03/03 DS USA (Tracy) 'dispatches' a replacement. DS USA does not provide tracking.
2020/03/15 DS USA sent the WRONG part. We ordered screen+frame as advertised. DS USA incorrectly sent "Screen-NoFrame". DS USA made the mistake so we asked for a prepaid return shipping label. DS USA (Tracy) wrote Company Policy does not provide prepaid return shipping (even though DS USA made the mistake) but Tracy also promised, "We would be happy to refund the shipping upon return." We insist on the full refund + shipping costs.
2020/04/13 DS USA still hasn't sent our refund 4 weeks later. DS USA (Tracy) investigates.
2020/04/14 DS USA (Tracy) issues refund for WRONG part only and refuses to refund the PROMISED return shipping costs (company policy). So Tracy LIED earlier. DS USA made multiple errors/delays and we paid for THEIR MISTAKE. DS USA does not respond to our emails now. They are at fault. Shop elsewhere.
I order more than 3 days ago and paid almost 20$ for fast shipment expedited and still, they don't provide me with my tracking number. They said it was a problem with the billing addresses. I saw another review with the exact same words. Then I replied that I wanted the tracking number, they read the text and never replied to me. This company and their customer service are terrible. I suggest you avoid them at all costs. I'm asking for refund of all my money and they can keep the product because hasn't been shipped. Still no response. I'm giving a Satr because can't give 0
I requested a change to my shipping selection and received a response in less than 15 min. They also changed and upgraded the shipping for free on an already very affordable purchase. I will buy here again
Send email explaining how i paid for 1 to 2 day shipping and item is on day 4 and still not shipped. Explained I wanted a refund on shipping and this is their response " Hi! It looks like due to the billing information you provided the system had to do an additional review before order processing. Your order is now on its way and should arrive very soon. Thanks!" No mention of refunding the extra 25 i paid for shipping. Just a lame excuse and still no TRACKING number
I ordered a Galaxy note 5 digitizer 2 weeks ago and was sent a defected item... I made a return to the initial distributor of the item, I contacted them and they received a return and sent the credit to ppl that sold it to me... I asked for either a replacement or refund and now they won't reply my emails... I've been robbed of my hard earned money by what is suppose to be a legitimate business. This is the type stuff that makea me wary about ordering products online...
I placed an order and was sent the wrong item, I was told "per our shipping policy" that I was responsible for paying to send back the wrong item if I wanted my money back for the item I prdered.
Answer: Not so sure they don't even have workable phone number for customer support. I think someone just made a name online and gets its cheap products from China and sells it on the internet. I don't think it is legit company.
Answer: They are the best for pricing and quality. Don't take your chances anywhere else.
