I tried to buy through this company a game - then seller send me log-in to his account which he can lock me out anytime - I went and complained to Difmark but they didn't care about me and closed my case.
Then recently I get an email that I got a refund - so I thought maybe they have reviewed their earlier decision but seems like another trick or so - no refund and no game
So the summary - this is scam website and be careful and save your money

I received a user account that had two-factor authentication enabled, and I was unable to log in to the account. I made a dispute, but I didn't get my money back, so I lost my money here.
I purchased a renewal key for Kaspersky Internet security. The key had been used so many times, Kaspersky rejected it. (see screenshot). I opened a case to get my money back, but they just ignored me. No one would respond to chats and there is no way to email anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration. This site is a SCAM and you have now been warned.
Basically was told my purchase was using someone else's login and password on my PS5. Was weird if not illegal. Customer service would not provide a good response. Go elsewhere to buy game keys

I had bought a game for my PS4 from the seller PSNSTORE. At the time I ordered my product, they had a night break so I thought I got scammed but they contacted me apologizing for the delay and soon gave me my account with the game in it and its downloading at the moment and is working fine. Great customer service I would most likely buy from here again.

This platform has a bunch of sellers, that all have the same problem - they sell public accounts and you can't be sure, that you will be able to access it in several month. READ THE REVIEWS OF ACTUAL PEOPLE THERE AND DO NOT TRUST SHORT FAKE REVIEWS!
I have purchased the game (DON'T BUY FROM THE "GoodKeyShop" SELLER!) and the seller was able to provide the credentials only after 2 days. After I tried to log in, it showed, that this account requires 2 factor authentication through the corresponding mobile number. The seller replied once a day and it was impossible to communicate with him and get a verification code.
After 3 days of trying, I have created a Case #******* and laimed for a refund. The system has fake timers that do nothing after expiration.
The dispute has been created almost 10 days ago and nothing has been done since that time.
I have written multiple times to the support chat and got only useless replies, that "we will provide information as soon as possible, bla-bla-bla".
It seems, that I have been blocked on the site and not the actual chat is not shown to me (only message, that "we will get back to you").

SCAM! Bought a steam account, delivery time was 1 hour, I never even received anything, not even response from seller. After that I contacted support and they are just ignoring me at this point. Stay away from this site.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from GoodKeyShop and Difmark. I was promised a game key within 15 minutes after my purchase, but I have not received it even after six hours. Moreover, my attempts to contact the reseller have gone unanswered. Difmark has explained the delay, stating that orders are taking longer than usual to ship due to the winter season. However, this explanation is ludicrous, especially for a virtual product like a game key. As a customer, I believe it is Difmark's responsibility to ensure that retailers advertising on their platform are reliable and honour their promises. I have requested that Difmark resolve this matter and take action with the reseller GoodKeyShop to avoid similar problems in the future, but I have not received any response so far.
I bought a steam account from Goodkeyshop.
The seller gave me a shared account login. No details such as the email address and pass so that I can change the email address to my own email address. So this is just a shared account that he has full control over. He refused to provide the complete details. This is just one very big scam. The chat box on the website is also a bot and not customer service. All the reviews are homemade or purchased. People, please be careful when you buy something here.

Bought UFC2 PS4 CD key and got a PS4 account that didnt even work, after waiting for 8H while it said it would be 1H max, I try to get help, the seller ignores me and difmark help team basically tells me to go F myself... Do not buy anything from here, it's a scam.
Please be advised that buying anything on Difmark_com is a bad idea. The platform is full of scammers. In my case the bought products were not delivered and the seller refused a refund/return of money. No support/help from administration.

I bought a game from them and they told me that I would receive the code in 2 hours. I waited 24 hours and after countless messages I finally received the key, but the surprise didn't work. I talked to them and Mia said that there is nothing you can do and I won't get the money back.

They dont give you access to that email so you can't get the verification code. You just wait like an idiot for them to answer, but they dont. I contacted Difmark through facebook...no answer. Telegram... no answer. They have a "live support" on the website and I waited about 5hrs because I was 9th on queue. I have been online with "Tycho" from customer support for over an hour now, and he said "moment please" after DIGITALGAMES sent me an invalid verification code. Its been 50minutes now since that "moment please" and all i got after was "wait please. I'm very busy now so i dont have to reply to every message. Write only important". DIGITALGAMES does not answer at all. I asked for a refund.

My experience, as I used a Shop on DIFMARK:
Scam shop, poor support, bad item description, you CAN'T CHANGE THE PASSWORD from the purchased account. You are NOT ALLOWED to have your Steam profile ONLINE... That's not mentioned at all. DIFMARK closed my case and supports the seller! No refund!
Can't even activate the account; seller almost never online, or does answer after HOURS!
Don't you ever believe in 15min delivery, I bought it 09.12.2023, still wasn't able to receive the key for Steam Guard.
Go buy yourself a legitimate key at a shop for 30€ or less, instead burning about 20€ with all fees and bad support here.

Seller didnt deliver what was agreed and support didnt even look at the case.
I cant be bothered to argue with them over £13, but I hope my review helps someone not to use their services.
