No care for customer satisfaction at all, avoid if you want professional shop. I made a mistake purchasing what I thought was a key for a game, and I got some kind of virtual fake account on Steam. Not what I wanted, and they refuse to refund me despite the honnest mistake. Now they have my money, and I got to purchase a key on competitive website to finaly access my game.

This service do not provide any garantee. If you will purchase the game and unable to play they will say that's your problem you have agreed

They don't refund and sell account that does not work after a bit. I advise you to make your own reserach before buying here. Write a rewiew also on trust pilot iif you got scammed we need to be listened and help people to not get scammed

It's a gamble if your game works or not. The game I was sent was different to what I ordered. Also they are SHARED accounts and it's only mentioned in small print so watch out. 100% wouldn't recommend.

Difmark are thiefs. Never buy from them! The are seling shared acounts as a new. Complaints are ineffective. I talk to chatbot all the time.

Account selling is not a safe way to buy games, and the Web site don't warn you about it. Some acvout are used by other players.

Do not use difmark. Complete scam. I purchased a game on this site and was provided with three accounts. Every time I used the account, i received an error saying either that someone else was using the account due to which i cannot play the game or that there was some activation issue. After being tired of not being able to play the game even after 7 days after purchase, i raised a dispute for refund hoping difmark admin will be able to help but they closed the case mentioning that the game has been delivered. I am not out of $34 with no game to play. Do not use this website. Do not trust the positive reviews.

I bought some office keys from this user, which were written in description as retail keys and he sent me something else: the same ordinary phone activation keys that other sellers offer but correctly described in announce.
Despite the fact that this seller says misleading informations in his announce, he asked me for more money in return to help me with activation, so I will be scammed twice!

I purchased a shared account.
After receiving a long list of steps to be able to play the game, I followed every one of them including ofcourse, downloading the game.
Sadly the download could not even be completed as I was getting kicked out of the account every 5 - 10 minutes. The seller wanted me to buy a VPN service to resolve the issue which is downright ridiculous and was not at all included in the products description. Customer service took a week to reply only to suggest that the order was delilvered as described and that it says shared account. They did not even feel the need to adress the fact that even downloading the advertised game is impossible.
Never going to use this website again and I would strongly advise you to use a different website for keys even if the cost might be higher.

Bought a game got nothing, please as the title said dont buy a game here. I wanted a refund and contacted the seller, all he did was saying he will start a lawsuit. Really strange and dodgy site

Basically website set up to scam you. Sellers sell via illegal account sharing, no support is offered and difmark just overrides your account to say 'product delivered' even after raising a ticket. Absolutely avoid the platform and definitely also seller GlobalGames. I recommend every to report them.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM DIFMARK. Bought a product (turned out to be an account) from a seller named "Game Giver", fast forward a month later the seller CHANGED THE PASSWORD OF THE ACCOUNT IVE BOUGHT, basically locking me out of the product Ive paid money for. Ive contacted the seller numerous times, they wont reply even though they read the messages.

Ive contacted customer support and described them my issue. They replied the seller will contact me and closed the ticket. Obviously not very supportive. They have been ghosting me ever since.

Then, Ive wrote to *******@difmark asking for a refund, and STILL no word from them.

Its obvious they sell accounts for a limited time and then change the passwords so they can keep selling them to other people. ITS ONE BIG SCAM. Thats how they make their money. If I can get even 1 person to stay away from this website Ive done my due diligence.

I've had a terrible experience with Difmark, and I urge everyone to avoid them. I purchased the same game twice (Order IDs: ******* and *******) because the first account didn't work. Despite following all instructions, the accounts were faulty, and I couldn't play the game.

Instead of receiving help, the seller kept insisting everything worked fine. Difmark backed the seller and refused to refund me, even though their so-called guarantee is supposed to protect buyers. Their customer service is a joke—copy-paste responses, no real support, and zero accountability.

Bottom line: Do not buy from Difmark. If something goes wrong, you'll be left with nothing and no way to get your money back.

The sellers scam you, you try contact difmarket and you need wait a few days to their supp "24/7" respond to you and end defending the scamers!

The site is a Scam, I bought an account and recived the logins, however they will not provide you with the email change, the support on the site is completley useless, the „succesfull transactions" of sellers are completley made up, as if you open a dispute, that in total they make you wait 6 days JUST FOR A CHANCE OF AN ANWSER, they will refuse the refund and force your order to be „succesfull". If you make a ticket to support, they will give you a generated response, then close the ticket and ghost you.

This site sells shared accounts. This is illegal and a SCAM.
Is accomplice of the scams of his sellers and they dont do anything to prevent it.

VooDoo_Gaming is a seller on Difmark who sells the same Steam Baldur's Gate 3 acc logs to many people for the same price other platforms sell single use accs...its a fraudulent practice to scam money! Difmark as a sales platform does not refund nor care, no customer service. There are better platforms out there, but best to buy directly from Steam!
P.S. Most of the positive reviews for them here are fake...
