Very poor communication with support and non help... very very slow process. I needed days to bsome games

I lost 25 euros.
Bought one of the "accounts" for the Nintendo switch.
Account advertised with instant delivery. Sure.
The seller started to ghost me as soon as I complained after 24h of not receiving my account. Rude and fragmentary responses was all I got. I've let 10 days pass before realizing the seller wasn't going to deliver what it was promised. Alright I thought, I bought from this site because a warranty on the product was advertised, I'm just going to ask for a refund directly from the support of the site and they are going to give me back my money.

You know where this is going.

My call for help is answered by mighty Taylor from the support "team".

- I ask for my money back.

- He says only the seller can give me a refund.

- I say what the hell. How? The seller is not going to give me a refund! There has to be something you can do to give me my money back.

- No there isn't.

I spare you the rest of the conversation, but the support team was obviously working with the seller to scam people. Maybe are even the same person lol. You can take a look at the insane chat I had with the support of the site. I uploaded it here.

Btw, the seller name was GameGuru.

Theft and fraud in a new way
I was a seller for 3-4 months
In one of the orders, they falsely accused me of paying again and returning the money by joining the buyer's lies.
When I protested, they blocked my account with a balance of 300 euros
I went to their support and they falsely promised to return the account if I leave a positive comment here
I had to send a positive comment, but they didn't reply to my messages after the positive comment and blocked my skype account.

There is no offer to buy or sell on this site
They are Asian thieves and they will easily take your money or account from you at any second and will scam you

As you can see at the top of the site, most of the positive comments are fake and created by their own accounts
I will definitely complain to the judicial authorities

I purchased MS Offoce 2021 from Difmark.
Nothing ever arrived.
Nothing!
I have contacted them repeatedly.
They say I should take up the issue with the seller.
What seller? I purchased this from them. THEY are the seller.
NO REPLY
FOUR MONTHS NOW.
NO PRODUCT.
NOTHING.
Don't ever trust, Don't ever buy. From Difmark.
By the way, they are Russians!

Don't buy here. They sell temporary (PSN) accounts and you won't get your money back. The customer "service" is fake and they know exactly what they are doing. Please see on Twitter the hashtag #DifmarkScam

Tried to buy a game got scamed with a russian game that does not run in english. Game was advertised as global. Did not even recieve a key for the game instead i got a dodgy account with an email that cant be changed. Never buy there rather pay more and get some legit game. Opened a dispute got closed with no comment whole side is a scam buy somewhere else.

These are Russian scammers who will steal your money, they are also selling stolen accounts. RUN!

Just so you know, I have contacted them and they were disgustingly rude. I've never in my life experienced "Support" like that. In fact, because i had previously asked them for the support they knew my name and did not accept my live chat request. Instead i had to create a fake name and email and act as if i wanted to purchase something and of course, they answered my live chat request instantly at that point. (I will attach the chat transcripts as it was honestly like nothing I've ever experienced. I'm serious... Don't think that this is some review written out of anger and haste... it's not. They are legitimate scammers who collude with the sellers on the site, all accounts on the website are stolen and they then attempt to recover them after selling them) All the positive reviews you see were paid for. If you don't believe me just read them and you'll see the trend and how they are written.

They say ohhh contact support and we will be happy to help. This is a complete lie to make you believe they are professional. If you open a case or a request for a refund they will not reply to you, one called me a "stupid cu*t" and closed my chat, i was forced to act under a different alias in order to gain any response.

Absolutely classic, as i said they state contact us and we'll be happy to help. It's a complete lie, the only time i got them to reply to me via live chat or email was when i faked my identity and pretended to be new customer and these dumb pieces of **** scammers believed it. Btw they denied me a refund until i said ok we'll i will write a bad review and when i said that he proceeded to abuse me and returned the money.

UPDATE: They have since attempted to use my saved debit card information to purchase over $5000. 000 worth of cd keys from their own website. Thankfully my bank stopped it, but it could have been a lot worse!

Its a totaly scam, they work together with Difmark, they scammed me just now $40, no refund also you cannot even open a case

Careful with this webpage - a lot of scam sellers active.
I bought and paid a game more than 2 weeks ago and still did not receive anything working. Also difmark support team is apparently working hand in hand with these sellers and claims or tickets do simply get resolved in favor of the seller.

Ripped off by these cowboys. I realised there was no code coming, it was someone else's account, probably stolen. Worse, I wasnt even getting that, I got nothing, they wouldn't even give me a refund, and said they could only credit the account. Imagine, credit the account, so I could try again with another "seller" if they existed. Nope, Iust advise, forget their fake reviews, this is well and truly a scam.

Difmark est une arnaque il ne vende pas de clé de jeux complet ou de jeux d'occasion complet mais juste des comptes de jeux en mode hors ligne (plusieurs partage entre les utilisateurs!). Et a 40€ le jeux...
