BEWARE. Don't be tempted by the cheap price for the games. I bought Cyberpunk 2077 for $20 thinking it's a good deal but note the uncommon payment mechanisms which do not offer buyer protection. About 12 hours after payment, they send you a link to a Google Doc with stolen account credentials and ask you to login once, download game, and then disconnect from internet to prevent access being revoked in the future. Staff are also rude and will convince you that the account is legal and will not honour refund policy. I wish I had read the site reviews before I ordered from them so I couuld avoid the scam.

UPDATE (1 week later): Difmark staff contacted me after seeing my review and acknowledged the poor customer service offered by the third party seller (VooDoo_Gaming). Difmark promptly offered me a refund (and noted that it would be done without going through the seller) and requested I update my review accordingly. I raise the review from 1 star to 3 star to reflect that Difmark marketplace themselves (similar to ebay) are supportive/able to assist (granted they only responded after this review vs through the chat mechanism) but buyers should still beware of the individual sellers on the marketplace may be dodgy.

Made a purchase and was provided login details which have been resold so many times that the login is blocked.

No support from Difmark no refund will have to discuss with my bank

Hi all. I am writing on behalf of the seller on the Difmark site. We have been selling keys and subscriptions on this site for a year now. Everything is very convenient and clear. Friendly interface when placing an offer. A convenient chat for communicating with customers, though there is not enough opportunity to attach a screen to messages. The best thing on the site is their support. They are always available to help and answer any questions you may have. If something is missing on the site, they fix it and add it. It can be seen that the service is still developing and growing. Good luck to them in this.
P.S I see that people often complain about difmark. As a rule, most often customers do not read the description of the goods and because of this there is a misunderstanding with the seller. Please read the product description before buying, it is important. And do not be too lazy to chat with the seller before buying. Check everything and then buy

I can recommend the seller, trustworthy and open to solve problems, but there is still room for improvement.

The response time promised to process is in the hours (for me 2 hours) not minutes, but still the cheapest price for the game arround.

User "GameGiver" is a scammer. Product marked as "Instant Delivery" during the sales process but this was not the case. False advertising and poor service from the seller.

Bought elsewhere and no refund provided even despite no services being rendered.

With all the same reviews. Difmark have generic replies and bots that will not assist with refunds despite their policies. They will send an estimated time for wait (untrue) and send out hacked accounts and simply refuse to refund you and pretend they don't know what you're saying (broken English) and reply with 'ok' despite having clear evidence and when you present this block your account from their admin team so you've basically lost money the minute it's sent. Shame.

You're buying a hacked account. They won't refund you because they know what they're doing is wrong.

Do not under any circumstances purchase from this site. They have 0 control over their sellers. I purchased Call of duty from the seller Style.Xbox who should be avoided entirely, for my money i am supposed to receive acces to an account in which i can use the game, 4 times in the 4 months i had the game the account was blocked by microsoft i have now had no access to what i purchased for an ENTIRE MONTH. Throughout this time i have attempted to keep contact with no reply from the seller unless i spoke to the chat manager who obviously asked him to reply in which i would get "we are working on it". The site itself cant offer me a refund and cant force him to provide me with a game which i purchased this is a dodgy site. The only they did do was tell me to speak to another seller XboxOfficial as they are supposed to be able to help, they havent replied once. Style.Xbox has now responded and offered me one of three options, xbox game pass membership so i can play an abundance of games (i already have it), a game for another platform (i only have an Xbox) or if i still want this game i will have to continue to wait and it may be another month until my access to something I HAVE PAID FOR is restored. An absolute joke. They are unhelpful, unprofessional and have no control, offering no help with evidently rogue sellers. DO NOT USE THIS SITE, DO NOT USE SELLERS Style.Xbox or XboxOfficial

Do not use this website for anything. I was told I had to wait 30 mins for my game, that was on the 28th April. I'm still waiting for my game, I've requested a refund and they keep closing my refund ticket, now the seller is ignoring me

I bought a game key for Steam but it turned out to be a separate account. Reselling accounts is not allowed under Steam's terms of service and the account will be permanently banned. The whole company is incredibly shady.

I've been denied a refund for a fraudulent reselling. This company has no integrity whatsoever. The order was later FORCIBLY accepted on my end and the support team is actively avoiding me. Support keeps telling me that the product is sufficiently described on the site and therefore a refund is not eligible. This is obviously totally negligible if the sale itself is completely fraudulent.

Worst website to buy account and games! I bought a lot of games on different website and Difmark is really my worst experience since so many years. Account get banned for no reason and they said that they cant do anything

ALLGames seller took money, no comunication at all, after several days thanks to support of Difmark they have responded, but difmark and sellers stay together, they sell illegal way, one steam account with the game you want to buy, they send you terms to not change password and all and keep account always OFFLINE mode! And sell this one account to all who pays. Seller stopped to comunicate and Difmark just supported them even if its ilegal. They are bunch of thieves, watch out for this site.

If you buy a game there, you will only receive a hacked account from some poor stranger or you'll not receive anything at all. Had two purchases there and was scammed twice. They have 70 EUR from me without even delivering anything. Also they only refund you if you delete all your negative reviews as a part of their policy. Note - I purchased something I never received and they tell me I'll only receive my money back if I delete my reviews LOL. Don't fall for their cheap prices, do not support those scammers.
