Easy to read and navigate the website. Very good website, I will be looking for something else. Looking for Diamond Tennis bracelet, but I need a size 8 and have not seen any in that size.
I was left a small inheritance of money from my grandmothers passing about one month ago, I decided to buy myself some fancy earrings since I've never had any and wanted something nice I can hand down to my kids as an heirloom in her memory someday.
I initially ordered some 4ctw stud earrings- upon arrival, I tried them on (not realizing a sticker attached was a tamper proof tag). Immediately realized they were much too large for my taste.
Upon attempting to schedule a return and exchange, it was brought to my attention that the earrings could not be returned if the sticker had been broken. I did not realize this as there would have been no way to try the earrings on with the tag still attached (it was attached to the actual earring back.)
I was thrilled to hear that they would allow me an exchange anyway, and appreciated that. Disappointed to hear that they would not refund me the difference which was about $100, but at least I wasn't stuck with earrings I wouldn't wear anymore.
The shipping and return pair was a quick process, about one week from the day I sent them back to the day I received the replacement pair.
The replacement pair are the perfect size in 2ctw, however they didn't include a tamper proof tag at all this time, appeared worn before (there was a bit of "crusty stuff" on the thread) and one of the earrings was slightly bent at a strange angle and damaged.
Overall, not a terrible experience, but slightly disappointed I paid $700 and wound up with damaged $600 earrings.
The quality of the ring was very good and was delivered is a reasonable time. Would purchase from them again
Very likely, but I would point out that these are SIMULATED diamonds. My fiance didn't care. She loved the setting.
Not likely to recommend. Pictures was great on website then when I got the product it looked so much different and a lot smaller and not as sparkling as u put in the website.
Paid extra fee for 18" chain with pendant "diamond". Received the necklace after two weeks of the charge on my card. What they sent was a 16" chain NOT an 18" chain. They would not correct the order because I removed the tags…then accused me of being dishonest after they believed me about tag removal. Corporate "policy" would not "allow" them to send the correct necklace length without proof of the incorrect size chain. I didn't lie about anything, they gladly took my funds for a two week period prior to them even sending out my necklace, only to learn it was the NOT what I paid for. I will NEVER EVER be scammed by these corporate bullies again. Buyer beware!
Very accomodating and helpful, made my exchange very smooth, even though USPS tried to screw it up yesterday as far as the delivery person goes

The product looked fine I thought I was purchasing lab grown diamonds. As they were not I returned the product via fed ex. Tracking number **************. I have no qualms about your service or product. I was confused by the site producing that item as a result when I selected lab grown diamonds. I'm sure whomever wants simulated diamonds will be pleased with the product.
From the gift box to the stone, this is a great purchase. BAll the other offerings were a cluster of tiny stones. This is one big sparkling gem. Super impressive! I am very pleased with the ease of ordering and prompt shipping. Customer for life!
