I didn't see what I wanted on their website. So I emailed Agape. They sent me a list of graded diamonds to choose from. And it was a long list. I found what I wanted and purchased the diamond. They mounted the diamond and sent it to me. My entire purchase was through email communication. Impressed.

I decided to return the necklace and wrote in to ask for the return label. I clearly stated that I wanted a refund not a replacement. I received an email back assuming I wanted a replacement. I wrote back again to refund. Finally, I received not one but two emails one that said a return label would be sent and one that send a replacement would be sent. I wrote back again to clarify. I sent in the package Monday 99/19 and have yet to receive my refund. I wrote to Agape at the end of last week to ask if they received the package and they did write back but explain it would be some time before I saw the refund.

My now fiancé loves her ring. She doesn't even know about the earrings I got her as well with my order!

Hi, I received my stone and it was intended to replace my chipped center Stone on my weeding ring. While it is beautiful my jeweler found a chip and some scratches on the surface. The chip will be covered my the new shank/prong and the scratches aren't visible with the naked eye so I told her to go ahead a set it. Gotta say I am a little disappointed in the quality though. I know it's man made but for 450.00 I expected a better quality. Just an FYI. I don't want to sent it back and try again so I'll make it work. Thank you for your time.
