The postal service delivery was not satisfactory. The package required a signature. When coming to my house I watched the postal delivery person out the window fill out a small form and place it in my mailbox. They made no effort to get out of their vehicle and knock on the door to fulfill delivery. This forced me to track the package down days later at the post office so I could sign for it.

I ordered from these people with overnight delivery. I understood having ordered on a Saturday that overnight may mean Monday. Monday came and went with no package as well as Tuesday. I contacted them and asked about a refund and was told no that it was my problem not theirs. I did not pay Fed X. They paid Fed X and I paid them for a service that wasn't rendered, I will never buy from these people again. Their customer service is non-caring and basically just tells you in a polite way. It's your problem.
