I didn't expect much given the price. But I received it and was shocked at the box it came in. Impressive display.presentation is everything. It looked Like I paid a lot more than what I paid which made me look real good.

Some of the best service and looks just like they advertise. No scam

There was ease of process in obtaining the object.

I purchased the earring and necklace based on their description of the product and the included appraisal. But, Agape refused to represent the pieces the way they were described in the advertising. Instead, they issue a generic certificate of Appraisal which says absolutely nothing about the individual pieces. That felt like false advertising to me. On three separate occasions, I requested a specific appraisal for the pieces I purchased and they refused to give it to me. I did not like my experience at Agape Diamonds at all. Then, they tried to accuse me of defamation. Really, telling the truth is not defamation. They should be representing their products the way they are advertised.

I ordered a ring for my wife, with the intention of a christmas gift. Initially, the Agape staff stated the order was a custom ring and that I would probably receive after Christmas. I asked the staff if they could accomodate my order and deliver in time for Christmas. They called back and said yes! I had the ring late evening Christmas eve. My wife loved her new ring!

Easy to navigate online. Exactly what I expected. Looks beautiful. Well made. Completely satisfied.

The sales person was excellent (Jackie)…very helpful and supportive. Delivery took longer than expected…in part due to the Holidays, would have liked to have a more clear communication on expected delivery. FedEx also was very difficult. Promised by noon deliver and at 12:30…they changed delivery by end of day. We did t know what this meant and could not get any help. We had to stay at home waiting on the ring. It was delivered around 2pm. It all worked out and we are happy with the product. Thank you.

I was overall pleased with my purchase. But, I felt that maybe a nicer 14k white gold quality chain would be included with such a beautiful pendant. I have switched out the chain with another necklace that I own that compliments the pendant

When ordering Diamonds or other Gem Stones, things have changed. When I called Agape, the customer service Julia was very clear and knowledgeable. My wife was very pleased and that outrank any concerns that I may gave had.

Very easy to work with Agape. For the novice, may I suggest explaining the multiple levels of stones, specifically diamonds. It would be for an easier process. Thank you again

I purchased the 2.o carat diamond studs for my wife as a Christmas gift. They were part of her wish list. She was extremely happy when she opened her gift.
