But --- I would add to not require the client/customer to describe their experience to be at least 50 characters before allowing it to be submitted. We are taking the time to provide you feedback -- accept what your customer wants to communicate to you and not have a character count limit to hinder it.

The process of ordering and Communication was great. The advice I got to send the ring to a friend's house who would be home instead of to my place was great. The ring looks great.
I first contacted them for more pictures of a stone. By the next day they sent them to me. Upon placing my order, they communicated with me about my purchase showing that I was more than just another customer. The beautiful necklace came within the 3 week period as promised.
Customer service was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The return / exchange policy is a great reason to purchase from Diamondere.
Was as expected had shipping delays but was refunded haven't given the gift yet so will see how that goes on 1-1-2025

After ordering online I promptly got an email thanking me and asking some general questions about the reasons behind the purchase. Super helpful to let me know the process and that they are there to help if there was anything else I needed. Will definitely consider them for future jewelery purchases.
