My fiancé and I wanted a certain style of ring, slightly gothic, so when we found the black and ruby option available with Diamondere, it was always going to be a frontrunner as a bridal set. However, not only was the ring absolutely amazing in quality and value, but the presentation of the ring boxes was superb, and delivery was very fast. One slight criticism about the delivery company, they didn't give any sort of live tracking, so I had to spend the day indoors waiting for the delivery.

The ring was absolutely gorgeous, with every detail reflecting the careful craftsmanship and thought that went into its design. From the sparkling stone to the elegant band, it exceeded all of my expectations. In addition, communication throughout the entire process has been excellent. Every question I had was answered promptly, and updates were provided regularly, which made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service.

Very happy in the end, but it was a journey. Ordered from here because of the metal choices. My girlfriend is allergic to nickel to the point she can't wear gold.

I ordered and got emails saying the ring wasn't "up to standards" and was being remade. They must have sent it anyway because within a week of the email I received it, but it was so flawed and off center I could not accept it (and I LOVE things with "character"). Luckily, customer service was helpful and let me return it so they could try again. The second iteration was much better than the first and I love it, and I think my girlfriend will too.

I would say that my one and only complaint is that it took a while for me to actually receive my ring (to the point that I almost missed the event it was needed for). However, the ring was definitely worth the wait. It is absolutely gorgeous. Exactly as pictured, and fits perfectly.
I also appreciate that the price is consistent. While I love a good coupon, it's nice to know that the price isn't going to fluctuate from one day to the next, leaving me guessing if I actually got the best price.

This order is actually from DECEMBER. A Christmas gift for my wife, which she was finally able to have in APRIL. That should tell you all you need to know.

The original order was placed early December, and paid extra for expedited process/shipping to be safe. Before ordering, reps assured me there would be NO issue in time for holidays. FALSE. I was empty handed on Christmas, and ruined the surprise as I had to explain why to my wife.

Finally it comes, it is a nice piece of jewelry. Happy wife, but we need to resize slightly. Original size given was correct, but the ring was thicker than she was used to and so she wanted a 1/4 size larger as it was hurting her.

Once again contacted reps, who told me 2-3 weeks because the type of ring cannot be resized has to be remade. Fine, I sent the ring out and wait. 1st week of February ring goes out. It took over 8 WEEKS to complete this process. Absolutely unacceptable.

Even worse, BOTH times... I am constantly pursuing reps for status and follow up, nobody is reaching out to update me, or even apologize. It is crazy to think this way of doing business is acceptable.

What an exquisite piece of jewelry. My other half fell in love with it the moment I purposed to her. Although I was initially skeptical about ordering any jewelry online, however it has been a wonderful process from the beginning. Was able to the ordering online. Customer service was expedient and very helpful to make sure I was very satisfied with the order. They took extra precautions by requiring a signature to receive the package through the mail. Because I wouldn't be available upon initial arrival, they allowed a friend who I was required to identify to them to sign in my place. They provided tracking information and were in touch with me through it all.

I highly recommend to order from this company. Reasons to back up why? Solid and elegant piece of hand crafted unique jewelry. More than half the cost of retail stores. Comes with a GIA certificate of the stone. The selection is plentiful with all the information so you can make the perfect stone choice that fits your budget. The sizing was on the nose. They keep you informed and follow through until you receive it. I will be ordering my next piece through them in the future.

It was difficult to find a ring that matched what I was going for, for my future wife. I spent a lot of time searching, and I happened upon diamondere and their beautiful product that I received. It was interesting as I placed the order to be expedited, and unfortunately, they let me know that they would not be able to honor the expedited delivery and I received a refund of the $25 for expedited delivery. However, I did receive my product a few days before I wanted it to arrive in the first place anyways, so it was a great product. Overall, my wife is very happy and I am very pleased with my experience!
