Designing the exact ring I wanted was very easy, it was quickly made and sent out, and when there was a problem communication was direct and efficient. The diamond I had originally selected as a central stone was accidentally sold before it could be used in my ring and customer service quickly selected a replacement that was better than the original to make up for the inconvenience, which i really appreciate. The completed ring is absolutely gorgeous and I cannot wait to propose with it! :)
